GameSatış üzerinden yaklaşık 3 ay önce League of Legends hesabı satın aldım ve bu hesap için 2000 TL ödeme yaptım. Hesabı bir süre kullandıktan sonra satıcı hesabı geri aldı ve hesabıma erişimim tamamen kesildi.

Durumu fark eder etmez GameSatış desteğe anında yazdım ancak hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olamayacaklarını, bir şey yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Sonuç olarak hem hesabımı kaybettim hem de ödediğim 2000 TL boşa gitmiş oldu.

Kullanıcıyı korumayan, satıcının hesabı geri almasına rağmen hiçbir sorumluluk almayan bu yaklaşımı kabul etmiyorum. Ödememin iadesini ya da hesabımın tekrar erişime açılmasını ve bu süreçle ilgili detaylı bir açıklama yapılmasını talep ediyorum.

Dün 26.11.2025 bi sorun yaşadım. Benim clash of clans hesap almışlar (600 tl) alıcı yazdı ben sıkıntısız bütün bağlantıları değiştirdim ( alıcının maile ve numaraya ) sonra ben kurtarma kodlar ve çıkış video attım alıcına ve teslim ettim butona bastım. Sonra alıcı sorun yaşadım diye desteğe yazdı ve ilk mail benden istedi ( ilk mail hesabin beraber gelmiyordu ) sonra alıcı dolandirmaya başladı, kod gelmiyor diye desteğe şikayet etmeye başladı ( bana mailden kod sıkıntısız geliyor ) bende onu desteğe ve alıcına göndermeye başladım ( alıcı cevap vermiyordu ) sonra destek foto ve video istemeyi başladılar, ben herşey gönderdim. Ama destek hala bisey istiyor mailden mesajlar istemeye başladılar ben zaten alıcının numara bağladım numarayı ama alıcı hiç birsey denemeye yapmadı, aktiften çıktı ve bekledi. Destek yardım hiç olmadı, ben desteğe anlatıyorum ilk mail gelmiyor diye hesabın beraber ama destek hala mesajlar istiyor ( clash of clans hesap zaten komple alıcına teslim edildi ve alıcı oyunda aktif oynuyor ) sonra bir saat geçince işlem iptal edildi ben hesap ve para kaybettim. 2-3 saat sonra alıcı ilk maile girmeye denedi. Bende hepsini değiştirdim o adam maile girmesin için, şimdi burda ve gamesatişta şikayete yazıyorum. Kesinlikle güvenmeyin bu sitene

I bought a account from a seller and I got a Account and had it for 1 day and he took it back, i contacted support and they dont do anything just saying contact the seller. Dont buy from this site.

worst live support, took them 2 hours to fix a simple issue. Don't buy from them.

They are selling accounts, which is against the end use agrement of Steam. The account i got from their site was used by someone else and someone was already playing the game when i tried to log in. They dont even try to help for a refund and they push me to speak with the "seller". Don't buy.

I added advertisements as a seller to the newly added advertisement market section on Gamesatış site and because I had plenty of ads on sale in stock and I bought 1 sale from the game called "ark" but I saw that I had 1 left in this game and I removed the remaining 4 ads but come see When you remove an ad from the sale that you sell is canceled!
