Avoid this platform - "Safe Trade" is a lie!
I purchased a high-value account for 7,883 TL through their 'Safe Trade' system. Shortly after, the seller reclaimed the account. Even though the seller officially ADMITTED to taking it back and I provided all the screenshots, İtemSatış refuses to refund my money.
They claim to be a secure intermediary, but when a scam occurs, they offer zero protection. I even signed a legal 'Assignment of Claims' document as they requested, yet they still keep my money. Do not let their 'low fees' fool you—your money is not safe here. They just stall you with 'we are investigating' for weeks. Avoid at all costs!

Bu süreç benim için açıkçası zorlu ve sinir bozucuydu. Satış sonrası açılan şikayetle birlikte konu bir anda gereğinden fazla büyütüldü. Henüz net bir inceleme yapılmadan “adli makamlara taşınabilir” gibi ifadeler görmek beni ciddi şekilde rahatsız etti.
Bir kullanıcı olarak, önce tarafların sakin şekilde dinlenmesini beklerdim. Ancak başta iletişim dili oldukça sertti ve kendimi doğrudan suçlanıyormuş gibi hissettim. Bu yaklaşım güven verici değildi.
Sonunda “gerekli işlemler tamamlandı” denilerek konu kapatıldı ama sürecin başındaki tutum daha dengeli ve yapıcı olabilirdi. İnsanlar zaten böyle durumlarda stresli oluyor, ekstra bir baskı hissettirilmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
Daha dikkatli ve daha insani bir iletişim dili olsaydı deneyimim çok daha farklı olabilirdi.

I purchased a digital “world” through…
I purchased a digital “world” through ItemSatış (order no: 7580680).
The seller delivered the product and I had access for only 3–4 hours. After that, my access was completely removed.
When I contacted the game moderators, I was informed that the world had been transferred to another player. I did NOT sell, share, or transfer the world to anyone.
I reported the issue to the platform and provided all available evidence. However:
No proper technical investigation was conducted
My evidence was ignored
Only the seller’s statements were accepted
My request was closed with “we have no responsibility”
This means I paid for a digital product that I can no longer access, yet no refund or solution was provided.
Under consumer protection laws, this clearly qualifies as a defective or undelivered digital service. Despite acting as an intermediary, the platform refuses to take any responsibility.
Since my case was not resolved fairly, I have been forced to escalate the matter through legal and consumer protection channels.
I strongly recommend future buyers to be cautious when purchasing high-value digital goods through this platform.

en az 5-6 yıldır kullanıyorum. ilk 1-2 sene gayet iyiydi sonr ara verdim ve 6 ay önce tekrar başladım. tek kelimeyle rezillik. en iyi satıcılardan en az 20-30 tane sipariş verdim farklı farklı. sitede işini düzgün yapan kimse YOK. satıcılar siparişleri yollamıyor teslim edildi diyor. 24 saat içinde itiraz edip paranızı geri alabiliyorsunuz. sipariş veriyorum 2 yol oluyor. 1- satıcı oldu diyor gelen hiçbirşey yok. itiraz edip video atıp para iadesi alıyorum. 2- satıcı kalitesiz yolluyor 24 saat dolunca itiraz açamıyorsunuz para satıcıda kalıyor o zamanda gidip destek talebi açmanız gerekiyor o zaman da 3-5 gün destek ekibine laf anlatarak para iadesi alabiliyorsunuz. ama 2 yolun da sonnu net olarak ZAMAN KAYBIna çıkıyor. olay örgüsü şu, en iyi satıcılardan birinden alışveriş yapıyorsunuz- teslim edildi diyor teslim edilen birşey olmuyor- itiraz açıp para iadesi alıyorsunuz. her halükarda sadece zaman kaybediyorsunuz hiçbir aldığınız hizmet düzgün değil. asla bir daha kullanmayacağım

Haklısınız; "Havuz Sistemi" sayesinde paranızın güvende olması ve iade alabilmeniz sürecin sadece finansal güvenlik boyutudur. Ancak bir oyuncu için en değerli şeyin, oyun zevkine ayırdığı zaman olduğunun farkındayız. Sipariş verip ürün beklerken yaşanan aksaklıkların yarattığı stresi empatiyle karşılıyoruz.
Şikayetinizde belirttiğiniz “teslim ettim diyerek ürünü göndermeyen” veya “kusurlu ürün ileten” satıcılarla ilgili politikalarımızı geçtiğimiz dönemde daha da sıkılaştırdık. Özellikle;
Sahte Teslimat Bildirimi: Ürünü teslim etmediği halde "teslim ettim" butonunu kullanan satıcılar tespit edildiğinde, mağaza puanları ciddi oranda düşürülmekte ve tekrarı halinde satış hakları süresiz olarak ellerinden alınmaktadır.
Destek Süreçleri: 3-5 günü bulan bekleme sürelerini minimuma indirmek adına Destek Ekibi kadromuzu genişlettik ve 7/24 aktif vardiya sistemine geçiş yaptık.
Sizden ricamız, yaşadığınız bu olumsuz deneyimlere sebep olan sipariş numaralarınızı veya satıcı isimlerini bize iletmenizdir. UNFAIR REFUND
On September 26, 2025, I sold my fc26 game account through the itemsatis website. After receiving the account, the buyer played on only one device for about a month. At the end of the month, they stated that they wanted to use the account on a second device. However, we did not accept this request because we could not know whether the account would be given to friends or sold for commercial purposes. Although we did not specifically mention this during the sale, it is clear that this rule is a well-known practice across the entire itemsatis platform and among sellers; it is also logical.Upon this, the buyer requested a refund and received the account back. Despite delivering the product in full and without issues, the buyer used the account for an extended period and then requested a refund.I shared this situation with customer service, but no solution was offered. Regarding transaction number 7243987, I request that the payment of 350 TL be refunded to me. The product was sold under the relevant warranty and return policy.I expect the injustice I have suffered to be remedied and my payment to be refunded as soon as possible.
