We have our new table tennis/pool/snooker/oak table and it is superb. It is extremely rare for things to exceed high expectations, but this has. The quality of the table is exceptional, the delivery team were very experienced and a pleasure to have in the house. I do not normally provide reviews, as there is normally something that has been disappointing along the way, but that has not been the case with our new table. Thank you very much and we hope to return for another product in the future.

Last Thursday saw the delivery of my new connelly San Carlos pool table from The Games room company . We were supposed to receive it in October but due to COVID / Brexit ther were major holdups .
The support from the team from emails and telephone was exceptional . My table was not going to arrive for Xmas so they got their installers to loan us a table and the lads drove all the way from Weybridge to Stafford to install it for me .
Eventually we’ve received the table we ordered which is outstanding .
Cannot recommend this company enough 👏

I decided that rather than accumulating a vast number of bottles of Champagne for my 50th birthday, it would be fun to set up birthday account with TGRC so friends & family could contribute to something I could remember everyone by whenever I played Bar Billiards. Once I'd chosen the donor 'Sams' original table, they then renovated it to my specification & delivered & installed it for me without any fuss. The whole experience was very pleasurable & it's great to re-live the game with friends that all did their bit to make it happen! Thanks TGRC for a great product & great service.

My experience with The Games Room company was first rate. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina USA and last May I purchased a restored Jelkes bar billiards table. The team at TGR located a table for me, restored it, crated it perfectly and shipped it to me without a problem. They were professional and enthusiastic and kept me informed throughout the process which included customs / freight clearance through New York. The table and accessories arrived right to my doorstep in November by truck—pretty impressive!

I recently purchased a RS Barcelona Diagonal pool table. Very happy with the product (5/5). The sales staff were helpful and attentive to my needs 5/5. Delivery and installation was excellent (5/5).
Unfortunately my experience with their operations and logistics representative was very disappointing (1/5). Given these Covid times a delay were not unexpected but the lack of communication was shocking. Emails and phone calls not returned. At each step getting information was like pulling teeth. The Games Room dropped the ball with this part of the customer journey.
Overall, the 4 stars is justified as all other aspects of the experience was very good.

I was connected with the The Games Room Company in my search for vintage pinball machines and in the process I was amazed to discover a treasure trove of goodies! The staff was responsive and helpful and delivery/installation was timely and efficient.

After some thought and very helpful advice and guidance from the team at The Games Room Company, I decided to purchase a vintage AMI 1 Jukebox. It was sourced and beautifully restored for me exactly as specified, as were the 45s to match my requested playlist. I was kept informed throughout the process and sent photographs. Against my expectations, I took delivery of my jukebox yesterday (a Sunday) in time to enjoy it for Christmas. It looks and sounds amazing! I couldn't be more pleased and I can't speak highly enough of everyone at The Games Room Company. They are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the products they restore and are clearly passionate about they do. Would I recommend them to you? Without hestitation. Now, I wonder if I've got room for a pinball machine...?!

After deciding many many years ago that in my retirement I would love to own my very own bar billiards table after having been introduced to the game during my time in The Royal Navy in the 70s and falling in love with playing the game. Although it is still a couple of years left to my retirement I have been lucky enough to gain access to my pension pots and during this covid crisis I have been lucky in that I have been furloughed and worked on my garage to convert it into a bar. So it was time to search high and low on the Internet for my bar billiards table. I came across many tables, in varying degrees on condition. I didn't want to spend time reconditioning the table myself, hence why after investigation I came across The Games Room Company and from the very start felt confident that my investment would be in safe hands. I was proven correct in making my decision to purchase the table from them and the professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. That's not to say that I didn't have any issues with the table once I had taken delivery, but any issues that arose, the company were prompt and proficient in response and resolved them without too much heartache. I still have a small issue that they are dealing with and I have every confidence will also be resolved. Thank you to all for your guidance and support.

Claire provided simple and clear communication, listened to what I wanted, checked with the supplier what was possible and confirmed the options and costs prompty.

She provided estimated delivery times and qualified where the table was going to ensure there would be no issues with the delivery.

Even though the final leg of the delivery had to be changed slightly, the communication was done early and proffessionaly so I knew what was happening. If I can ever get an Arcade machine past 'the committee' I'd definitely place the order through these people.

In terms of the table, the quality is excellent. It is BIG but plays really well. My daughter (9) prefers the Silent 'cork' balls as these tend to run slower and obviously make less noise. Though I have found that they get stuck more often than the standard balls. The white normal balls play quick and there is a satisfying clunk when you hit the back of the goal. The detail on the players kits is excellent, but in hindsight I would have asked for a mixture of hair styles as every player has the same black hair. I'm still getting used to the two-footed players and how to consistently score/pass diagonally but it's definitely possible and will come with practice. In summary, the table is robust, good quality and given the size and asthetic is like a peice of furniture.
