Our new Rock Ola developed an issue just before Christmas, I contacted the company and an engineer rang to discuss what the likely problem was.
I then received notification that the engineer would visit.
We arranged a date and time and the engineer arrived on time, replaced the turntable motor and also gave some advice.
The service received, the engineer’s visit and end result was excellent.
Highly recommend!

Got our brand new jukebox yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. Both Alexander (the CEO) and Peter spent a significant amount of time here - even going to the trouble of installing my 80+ vinyls.

Malcolm and Alexander the CEO are lying conman who need to get their stories straight before trying to hold my 11k deposit.

DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY DEPOSITS FOR ANY ITEMS!!

This is a totally honest review and all details can be proved if someone would like to contact me personally and see the prof.

I paid the Games Room company £11000 yes 11k deposit via bank transfer in february for an Adams family gold pinball machine.
Malcolm showed me the machine i would be buying, it had perfect paper work and all booklets for this machine, i paid the 11k deposit as the agreed price was 22k with the work to be done in around 6 months.
August comes round and my machine is ready however i'm travelling so can't view the machine and pay for it until I'm back in October, didn't think anything of it as i'd paid this company such a large deposit so it's my machine in my eyes, well not in the Games room or Alexander's eyes...
whilst i was away in September Malcolm asked me also for another 8k pre payment without me seeing the machine.
Now this is where things get super shady.
The games room sold my machine in August when i said i was away travelling and did not tell me, then took it upon themselves to source another adams gold this machines paperwork had a booklet missing, the gold bally book was falling apart and had writing all over it and even the front of the machine was different to the original i'd agreed to buy, they also did all this without telling me.
So when i went to pay for the machine and view it on the 19th November i noticed that the machine and paper work were totally different and again they had not told me.
One booklet totally missing the WPC manuel when the original i paid for had this. The gold bally book was all ripped, falling apart and had writing on it. The one i originally paid for all the booklets were there and in mint condition. The fronts of the machines we're totally different also with also totally different numbers and they didn't expect me to notice as they didn't tell me, tried to pull the wool over my eyes and get the 11k more out of me.
Now this gets even worse, Malcolm told me the machines were different because they thought my original machine was not authentic in an email and then when Alexander the CEO emailed me when i asked for my refund of 11k he told me they sold my machine in August, this i have on email if anyone wants to see how low these fraudsters went to try get more money from mE 8K TO BE EXACT!! KNOWING THEY HAD SOLD MY ORIGINAL MACHINE.!! CAN ANYONE ACTUALLY BELIEVE THIS?

I asked for a refund due to all this of my 11k and to my shock and amazement they have refused and are trying to force me to give them another 11k for a TOTALLY DIFFERENT machine i didn't agree to buy.
I'm totally shocked a company this size can treat a customer like this and are refusing a refund of money that is rightfully mine.
I've asked over and over for my money back since all this came to light on the 19th november and today the 16th december still no refund.
I've now no choice but to take legal action as for some mad reasons Alexander thinks all the above treatment is totally acceptable and he has a right to keep my money.
We'll you're going to get a big wake up call pal.
Action fraud and trading standards are now aware of ll this.
I want my refund of 11k.

but honestly i would not pay them any money upfront for anything or purchase items through this company they are shocking to deal with and seem to think they have a right to keep a mans hard working money.
This is going to totally ruin our christmas with the stress of all this Alexander and Malcolm you should be ashamed of yourselves and the way you've conducted your business this way.

Purchased a pinball table from them. The item was faulty but they refused to respond to emails or a voice message. Other members of the supply chain (Stern, Electrocoin) were very quick to respond but could not proceed without contact from the Games Room Company. Still no response from these folks after more than a month of trying. Will never purchase anything from them again.

Absolutely perfect service for 3 products that I bought from them. I found The Games Room Company by chance online as I was searching for a curved air hockey table. The one I chose from them was able to be delivered at precisely the time I needed it- which was quite a task considering they needed to organise several men to come and carry it up stairs and around tight corners. But they did a super job and got it together and running much faster than we ever expected.
As I was purchasing this air hockey table over the phone, the sales lady said I could come by to visit their showroom as we were not far away. So I took my 3 kids there the next day and wow- I never knew how much we would love pinball machines! I could not leave without buying a Star Wars pinball machine they already had on show there! This was delivered within a week and my kids and husband can not stop playing it. I then looked into their website discovering all the other pinball machines they sell- and crazily bought another one for a holiday house in the south of France - which they are delivering in a month. So, quite obviously I have very much enjoyed the service they have done for us!
I definitely recommend The Games Room Company and going to visit their showroom!

Thanks to The Games Room Company we're now the proud owner of a 2008 Indiana Jones pinball machine, and it's FANTASTIC! It was delivered a day later than hoped due to last minute fixes and heavy rain but even that didn't ruin my husband's happiness on receiving his birthday surprise. They even popped round the next day to fix a tiny light bulb! Thanks TGRC, I only hope we don't wear it out given how much playing time it's getting right now!

A great job carried out by Paul Thornley yesterday on our recently purchased Rock-Ola Princess which has been suffering selection problems.
Paul carried out a lengthy service on the Princess and now with a replacement solenoid installed and some recalibration we are fully functional and very happy.
Paul's professionalism and dedication to service was second to none.

Being a “Baby Boomer”, means I was a teenager of the swinging sixties, when jukeboxes where everywhere. Later in life I moved to Surrey where the Games Room Company had a shop in Chertsey and every time, I drove past I thought I must go in. When they relocated to Weybridge, I finally got round to paying them visit. On arrival, at the much larger showroom, I was met by Dawn, she was answering all my questions on the jukeboxes and offering extra information on the history of the machines. Adjoining the showroom is the workshop, where all the miraculous transformations are created. Wandering in I was met by Paul (Restoration Engineer) who downed tools and was only too happy to explain what he was currently restoring. His explanations are as thorough as his work and I left feeling like a child at Disneyland.
I was hooked and returned to the showroom after a short period with a friend who was equally impressed. I started discussions with Dawn about making a jukebox purchase. This was not easy because the choice is massive, but with her expertise we reduced the decision to 3x models and after further conversations with Paul too, I decided on the 1960s Rock-Ola Tempo II 1485, 25th Anniversary model which, was used by David Jacobs on the TV programme Jukebox Jury.
The products at The Games Room Company are not off the shelf items, so you must be prepared to be patient. If you go to their website you’ll see what is involved in each machine in order to bring it back to it’s former glory.
When I received a phone call to say my jukebox would be ready in 2 weeks it prompted me to take my vinyl records in for Phil, who meticulously checks (all 100x) cleans, creates title cards and tests that each one plays well on the jukebox. As with the rest of the team Phil is reassuring with his knowledge and skills.
John (Operations Manager) invited me back to the showroom a week later to view the finished article. John is a most charming man, in his company time stands still and you have his undivided attention. Seeing and hearing the Jukebox finished, literally took my breath away, we had to pause so that I could regain my breath, I was stunned by its magnificence and genuinely couldn’t speak.
The paintwork and chrome by Dan is out of this world, the jukebox colours are stunning and the cabinet absolutely glistens.
Delivery arrangements are made and Piotr and an assistant arrive on the day to carry out the installation. A very helpful friendly service, with a full explanation and tuition of how to operate my new jukebox. The team only leave when they are sure that I am completely satisfied.

Received my jukebox on Friday, what can I say apart from WOW WOW WOW!! We are so happy with it and looks perfect in our Livingroom, it even looks better than when I visited the Surrey showroom, thanks you so much. We had a Saturday night in and spent the night drinking and dancing until the early hours, we must have played every record on it, such a great night and many more to come. I would like to thank Dawn and the Games Room Company not only for the super quality of the jukebox but the customer service you have given me from start to finish, you are a real credit to the company, and I again can’t thank you enough. Fantastic delivery and installation by Max and John. They were professional, courteous and worked well as a team to undertake and complete a brilliant installation - even though it was up 3 flights of stairs.

I ordered a classic fuel pump converted to an EV pump - it looks fantastic. We customised the pump logo, the shell colour, several bits of text and went for the integrated beer fridge option. All no problem for them and our account manager Claire. Manufacturing took a while (but it is fairly complex, so that's fair enough) but the end product is great and the communication along the way was fab.

I ordered a Rock-ola 1454 jukebox for the social hub area at my work office.
The quality of the jukebox and the sound has exceeded my expectations. It has become a real talking point in our office amongst the staff and is regularly used and enjoyed.
We experienced a minor problem a couple of days ago with the records sticking slightly, however, after a telephone call to the dealers (and a quick conversation with a very knowledgeable and helpful engineer) this was fixed easily by us. The engineer did confirm that he would be only too happy to visit and attend to the fault in person, if required.
All in all, excellent customer service and a fantastic product.

I ordered a Barcelona pool table with Claire who answered my many questions re tables and materials patiently over a good period of time . It was installed and delivered a few months later. All went well to plan. There was a little lack of communication regarding the delivery which was sorted with a last minute delivery in a very timely fashion. The guys didn’t complain at all about moving a few pieces of furniture to other rooms to make space for the table which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend this company

I bought a Guardians of the Galaxy pinball machine from games room, ordered in May and I knew it would take a while before it arrived, the communication from Claire and the team was first rate, they told me when one had been found, when it had been shipped and when it would be with the Operations team for preparation and I could not be happier.
I had on issue recently when a slingshot rubber snapped, I called up customer service and it was we will get someone out to you in the next couple of days and true to their word Steve arrived 2 days later, he fixed the problem in minutes but also showed me how to fix the rubber and left a couple of spares just in case, I cannot fault the machine, the sales team, the delivery team and the after sales and I would recommend them to anyone.
There are lots of people selling these machines out there but if you want service, peace of mind and quality do not go anywhere else.

Claire was very helpful and the guys that installed the table were great.
It is also great fun! Especially at Christmas.

Due to the pandemic there was a delay with our juke box delivery but Malcolm and John pulled out all the stops to give us a temporary solution and we had a juke box delivered with some of our chosen songs on until our Juke box is ready. We have had lots of fun and lots of memories have come flooding back from some of our chosen songs. I wouldn't hesitate using this company again. Thnaks Guys.

Wasn’t the cheapest table you could find, but the service was excellent, it was delivered quicker than any of the cheaper tables could manage, and above all, the quality of the table is fantastic. Highly recommended.
