Probably the worst online company I have had the misfortune to deal with. My experience was similar to many here. No communication - not a single email or acknowledgement of my order - and no show of the goods ordered. Not even an attempt to set a date for delivery. I thought it was a scam but have just received a refund. Don’t deal with them. Life is way too short for their stunning incompetence.

Ordered off this company and the whole experience was very pleasant. I ordered over the phone and the sales rep Jack was very easy to deal with. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Product ordered, 19 days later no delivery. Messages ignored (facebook, email). Rude on the telephone when I enquired about my lack of delivery. Order cancelled--we'll see how long the refund takes, too long and I'll be forced to take it further as others have had to do. Should have read the reviews. Avoid.

Made an order with this company and had to change an item on my order. I called up and spoke to Jack. He was very kind and was able to help me with my order. I was able to get everything I needed and it all arrived perfect.

I needed a large order of garden timber and after looking at this company's website all seemed OK. Wrong! I should have looked at other reviews first!
My order was for £600 worth of pressure treated timber. They took the money in full on order but, it now transpires, had no product whatesoever to sell. I received an automated email every 7 days saying that my order was still being processed.
After 35 days I gave up and contacted them to cancel the order and ask for a refund (this was after earlier subsequent emails to which they replied that my order would be delivered the following week - it wasn't). They subsequently emailed to say they had cancelled my order and that I would receive a full refund as they agreed their 'non service' was poor. That was a month ago and still no refund...
I don't like knocking businesses as we are all trying to make a living but this is just a dreadful operation...Buyer beware!!

I ordered two large wooden platers with trellises, which arrived within two weeks of placing the order. Sturdy and well made, they’re absolutely perfect for the intended space and purpose. I’m very happy with them. Jack was very helpful and friendly on the phone when I rang to enquire about the planters before placing the order. Communication could however be improved, as no email was sent advising us of the actual date of the delivery. The van turning up on our doorsteps on Saturday morning was a bit of a surprise. Luckily, I was in and so was my husband, as there was no way the driver would have been able to unload the planters on his own or with the little help I was able to offer. Perhaps with such large items, it would have been better to have an extra person delivering.

Easy to use website, clear and informative details and descriptions which were true to life. Very impressed with the quality of the panels ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
