Purchased a pair of Hunters for £65.00, rapid delivery too. All in all spot on.
I ordered some Josef Siebel shoes from Brantano which I have learnt own Brantano that were uncomfortable due to my ankles chaffing. Brantano were brilliant in reimbursing me and didn’t charge me to return which I would have thought fair as they were now out of pocket.I then decided I would buy my next pair from them (Cotswold shoes) which I have just done and I am very pleased with my purchase. It feels like they really care about the past negative reviews.

They are thieving scammers, not to be trusted.

- send you the wrong item
- give you the run around for a month
- avoid answering at all where possible, then avoid answering any questions
- finally tell you to just return...and pay return yourself. So you have to pay for their mistake

Horrible and rude customer service. Parcelforce lost the parcel and after a month and multiple phone calls they claim it is now sent back to the sender.
The sender refuses to acknowledge and continually repeats the tracking which I can also see but is incorrect claiming they attempted to deliver which they didn't - we have cameras all around our property and delivery attempts have not been made.
A good business vs. bad business is established when something goes wrong. As the seller, these guys can claim compensation through Parcelforce which I can't but they refuse to take any responsibility.
Would have been a customer for years and I ordered shoes for my kids and wife but never again am I dealing with this amateur business.
Great experience bought Hunter wellies for £60 and they are £100 in most other stores. Fast free delivery, winner winner I’m a happy customer.
Wrong size crocs sent askwd for womens size 8 recueved mens size 9 far too big , they take your money and then do not exchange, have to pay for recorded return and can take uo to 2 weeks to recieve a refund. Disgusting how many people do they do this to it doesnt take 2 weeks to sort a refund seems they do this to nearly everybody and must make interest on everyone's money they hold for 2 weeks No customer service at all avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy anything from anyone who uses this company again.
Ordered thro Studio. Very quick delivery on my Hush Puppy boots & yes they are genuine. I can't fault delivery. Unfortunately they were too small & returned. I didnt have to pay for returns, scanned the labelI & it was sorted. Ordered next size & they arrived in a couple of days. Now just waiting for my refund
Ordered through Debenhams, unsure why they use this concession. I'm very sure the Birkenstocks i received are fake. They are completely different to any i have seen/had in the past. The insides are different colours on each show. Ones an orange tan colour the other light beige.
Shocking - wish I'd read reviews. Two different size shoes, customer service told me the order was correct, apparently it's normal to send out different sizes!! After a battle and work on my part taking photos etc they eventually agreed to send a returns postage label buy more effort on my part to go to the post office, they do not offer exchange, replacement or courier collection of their error. No refund yet, will have to see how long that takes - I'm guessing not quick and probably a few phone calls. Please don't use, it will be a frustrating process
Wrong size in box… Not my fault, but I still had to pay the £7.79 postage to send back for a refund.
Placed my order through Debenhams and received two different size shoe. Got my refund after 4 weeks that is after raising the issue with my credit card company.
No wonder Debenhams gone busted, because working with unprofessional companies like Gardiner Bros. WARNING!! Don’t purchase from Debenhams if the product is from these people!!!! Even avoid Debenhams too.
Very poor after sales.Bought item through Debenhams. Item was faulty but covered by manufacturers guarantee for 1 year. Neither gardeners or debenhams would take responsibility been left out of pocket Be aware of sales/returns terms and conditions even if covered by Consumer Rights Act 2005.
I got sent the wrong sized item, and then they refused to exchange or send out the correct item. Avoid shame they are fulfilled by Debenhams and they have also refused to do anything about this situation. Joke really

Not surprised this company is so unpopular. Wished I'd read all of the damning reviews about this outfit, before ordering from them.
Ordered size 4, recieved size 3, with no insoles. I think these are a fake pair of squash shoes. They don't look like HiTec. Why HiTec have any business dealings with them is beyond me.
They insisted that I contacted HiTec, despite Gardner Bro taking the order and the money.
Had to raise a claim via PayPal
Avoid this company.
Payed for size 3 Hunter wellingtons size 5 arrived in a box stating size 3, asked if they would send the size 3 on collection of the 5 which they replied NO, obviously that’s to simple for them so now I have to send them back then states 2/3 weeks for a refund… So avoid and shop elsewhere as this company has no customer care at all or common sense
