The best way to maintain your car's appearance.
I strongly recommend Gardx and always request it applied immediately to every car I've purchased. No matter how old, every vehicle gets that 'showroom finish' - and keeps that finish. The car body becomes impervious to rain, even the windows, and you receive a variety of products to keep it that way.

I had hoped the GardX would remove or disguise light scratches in parts of the paintwork, however this is not the case, although the main coverage is good. I have used "coatings" on previous cars and living at the coast with many birds as well as New Forest tree droppings, it does its job well.

Mislead and Mis-sold cover
I have been told that Two very small dents are not covered, when I bought the insurance I was lead to believe that this sort of thing would be covered at no point was I told there were exceptions. I feel that I have been mislead and mis-sold cover that does not actually cover even small damages.

Superficial shine, minimal protection
GardX was included as part of the deal. However, an expensive BMW was pristine until bird poo etched the laquer in less than 3 hours before cleaning it off, just one week after delivery. In my experience GardX offers extremely limited protective properties, it is a cosmetic enhancement product that makes car washing easier and adds shine. If you want a high gloss finish to accentuate the bird poo etchings for which it offers limited protection, then this is the product for you!

Bought as an add on when we purchased a…
Bought as an add on when we purchased a car from Ford and was disappointed with the application from the valet department, the car hadn't been cleaned properly with dirt and tar on the paintwork meaning they had applied the base treatment on what l would call a dirty car but on complaining they redid it but again they had not cleaned and prepared the paintwork properly. I am sure it's a great product, l have an equivalent brand on my own car which looks great. I honestly think l could have done a better job prepping the car and applying it myself.
