Love the GASP clothing
Love the GASP clothing, especially with the new releases in the female line. I find the clothing to be true to size and I always feel amazing when working out! Although I don’t wear the GASP guys clothing, I will say my favourite pieces are the Thermal Tees (makes the guys look crazy BIG), the OG Hoodies (thick oversized) and the stringer shirts 💪🥳

So happy with my purchases from Gasp & Better bodies. I have some Gasp hoodies that I’ve owned for over 10 years now so they have stood the test of time! (And training) I ended up getting some knee and elbow sleeves that I use for all my push days and leg training too. As happy as I was with Gasp, I figured I would try out some Better Bodies apparel as well and much like Gasp, the quality is excellent!
Excellent training pants
Bought original mesh pants and they have become my go to for training, awesome fit, super airy and breathable and comfortable. Convenient for running too.

I'd give them no stars if I could. Bought a couple of items off them. Quality is poor and sizing wrong. Their website states you've got to email them for a returns label so you can send your order back for a refund but they never respond to your email. Ive now got t-shirts i don't want and can't send back for a refund.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with GASP.
My order was processed incorrectly from the start: I received two black hoodies, but one of them was a completely different model than what I had ordered. I returned both items as instructed.
However, despite returning everything, Klarna still shows an outstanding balance for one of the hoodies. This amount has clearly been processed incorrectly. I strongly believe the issue started because the wrong item was sent to me in the first place.
What makes this even more frustrating is that GASP has not responded to my messages about this problem. I am now left with an incorrect Klarna charge for items that were never mine and were already returned.
Poor order handling, incorrect billing, and no customer support.
Edit:
Johanna from customer service claims that the package was only 1 kg and that this wouldn’t be possible for just one hoodie. The funny thing is, this is stated on the label that was already in the package for the return. I assume GASP cannot know in advance that you are only returning one hoodie? Strange. Really a terrible customer service.

Ich habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen mit den Klamotten und auch dem Trainings Equipment gemacht.
Einige meiner Shirts und Hoodies habe ich seit über 10 Jahren und sie sind noch immer top in Ordnung.
Der Kundenservice ist tatsächlich sehr langsam aber alles in allem bin ich absolut zufrieden mit GASP

Ho fatto diversi ordini dove è andato tutto bene.l ultimo ordine ho dovuto fare il reso perché le taglie erano differenti rispetto ai capi ordinati precedentemente. Il mio reso è arrivato regolarmente a destinazione il 5/12/2025 dopo qualche giorno ho contattato il servizio clienti per avere informazioni sul reso ma da allora mai nessuna risposta. Praticamente mi hanno rubato 200 euro ladri maledetti

Avevo dato a questa recensione zero stelle per quanto accaduto...dopo circa una decina di mail dove il servizio clienti non ha mai risposto finalmente dopo questa recensione negativa ho avuto una risposta ed il giorno 7/01/2026 ho ricevuto il rimborso anche se non calcolato correttamente.

Worse than awful...
So this ia the second time I have ordered, and the second time that my order has dissapeared. Takes ages to ship and when it does UPS seems to dissapear it pretty quickly.
I don't mind that things go wrong with delivery, but it is what comes next. On both occasions the GASP customer service is worse than imaginable. You would think Id have contacted them to say I'd given their dog a kicking. Because honestly, everything is way too much hassle "it was delivered on the 3rd!". Oh, was it GASP? Well that is news to me. Because it aint here and it aint where you said you left it. So they say they are going to look for it. More days pass and I just don't think I will my items for Christmas now. The previous time, it had taken weeks to arrive and I had ordered for a holiday. Their customer services directed me to collect the item at the UPS depot headquarters, arriving the afternoon before my holiday, I drove across the city, to find, in fact the depot was closed on that day, thanks again GASP Customer service. They do not care at all about their customers.

The site does not disclose that the merchandise is coming from Sweden. Everything is priced in USD implying it is US-based. The price of the shoes I bought was USD109. But on top of that at checkout they charged USD22 for shipping. And then the shipper charged another CAD72 (about USD50) for duties for a total of USD72 in “extras” or a total cost 66% higher than advertised. You can equally good weight training shoes from other vendors for about USD100. Caveat emptor!

Gasp clothing does not disappoint, quality is great and delivery faultless. Their styles are great and perform well while in the gym. Highly recommend.

⭐ 1/5 stars – Extremely unprofessional and misleading company
I ordered 5 items from GASP. Three out of five (75%) arrived defective — ripped seams and poor quality that looked nothing like the pictures on their own website. I reported this immediately (within 40 minutes after pickup, with photo evidence), but instead of handling it as a legal complaint (reklamation/claim for defective goods), customer service (a person calling himself “Joshua”) kept insisting I should use the return policy. That is completely wrong: return ≠ complaint. Under EU and Swedish consumer law, defective products must be handled as a complaint and replaced/refunded free of charge.
Even worse:
• They falsely claimed the damaged clothes were “normal” when photos clearly prove otherwise.
• They stopped replying to my emails after I sent proof.
• Their “customer service” hides behind anonymous names and gives contradictory answers, very similar to scam behavior.
• Underwear was part of the order, which by their own rules cannot be returned — meaning I was left with no valid option at all.
This is extremely unprofessional and misleading business practice.
I have filed a complaint with my bank and will escalate to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and the Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) for how this has been handled.
⚠️ Warning to other customers: Do not trust GASP’s “support.” If you receive defective products, you risk being denied your consumer rights.

Not sure why these brand gets such bad…
Not sure why this brand gets such bad reviews on trust pilot. I have ordered a handful of times and my orders have always come quick and never had any problems. I did have to return 2 pieces, in the sale, as I ordered a size too small. Their customer service was perfect and they even helped sort a discount so I could reorder them again at the same price I payed originally.

Commande perdue – aucun remboursement – plus aucune réponse
Le 27 juillet 2025, j’ai passé une commande sur le site officiel GASP (commande n°1034379, montant 123,54€).
La livraison était prévue pour le 4 août 2025.
Le transporteur (Colis Privé) a indiqué “livré”, mais a confirmé par écrit que le colis était perdu et qu’aucune remise n’a eu lieu. Ils ont transmis cette information directement à GASP.
Depuis, j’ai envoyé 6 e-mails au service client GASP pour demander soit un remboursement intégral, soit un nouvel envoi.
Résultat :
Aucune solution proposée
Refus implicite de remboursement
Silence total depuis plusieurs jours
J’ai toutes les preuves : reçu de paiement (Apple Pay), suivi de colis, confirmation écrite du transporteur et copies des e-mails envoyés.
Le dossier est désormais signalé aux autorités américaines :
FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center – FBI)
Je déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site tant qu’ils ne traitent pas correctement ce type de problème et n’honorent pas leurs obligations légales envers leurs clients.

I had accidentally placed an order containing the wrong sizes, costumer service was quick to action. They refunded my order, guided me through the return process and overall a pleasent experience.

Qualität ist mittlerweile fast…
Qualität ist mittlerweile fast unterirdisch.
Das Gummi hält nicht lange und leiert aus, der Schriftzug löst sich schnell auf. Ich hatte die gleiche Hose damals, die hielt ewig.
Hauptsache die Preise gehen hoch.
Ziemlich enttäuscht.
