Fantastic company to deal with.
Both Ruth and Claire were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. No question was daft and they would both reply very quickly.
My wife and I have leased 2 cars from gateway to lease and would not hesitate to lease our next from them. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

First experience of leasing
Buying my new car through Gateway2Lease was my first experience of using a leasing company rather than a dealership. All my initial questions were answered promptly and quotes were clear. Once I had accepted the deal, next steps were clearly described and I was kept informed of the delivery date.
Would I use them again? Definitely.

Obtained my second consecutive contract hire with Gateway 2 Lease and was again impressed by their service. The sales team initially source your vehicle in line with your specifications and you are then looked after by an efficient customer service contact up until delivery. Happy to recommend.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Given a delivery date to take our order then told us 3 months later the car would not be coming as stated in writing previously. We were also told of the figures changed in Q3 they would honour the lower monthly payments but they were not forthcoming and I had to ask why the car was being advertised at a lower payment on their website yet they were trying to sign me up on the old figures at more per month. The car arrived 6 weeks late with explanation of why. Our old car needed a service due to the delay and Gateway2Lease were not interested in contributing. Mike then conducted the most ridiculous “investigation” and ignored the first order we signed four months ago and emails stating delivery dates. We only placed the order on the basis of the delivery date or we would have found a deal elsewhere. This is by far the worse experience we have had from a leading company. I will be filing a complaint with the BVRLA and the FCA regarding treating customers fairly. My advice is to find a deal elsewhere and avoid doing business with Gateway2Lease

A few minor things cropped up (not having the right colour in stock) but overall wasn't a major problem and Gateway 2 lease handled it well.
Apart from me chasing them a few times the overall experience was very good. Would recommend and use again.

I found the people I dealt with at Gateway
2lease both friendly and helpful. Ordering the car I wanted was very straightforward and once ordered they kept me updated on progress through to delivery. Overall I found the experience seamless and trouble free.
