They don't bother calling you back!
Called on the 10th to discuss a new business lease. Due to circumstances needed to query situation with finance company before proceeding to application. Was told by the salesman that they would speak to finance company and call me back in an hour.
2 days later, no return phone call. Now taken business elsewhere, poor customer service and waste of time. Thanks

Great service throughout the process
I’d recommend Gateway 2 Lease to anyone – they were very competitive on price for the vehicle I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.
Sam was helpful throughout – always answered my questions promptly and chased the dealership for updates on the timeline for my vehicle as and when I needed them.
Even after the vehicle was delivered, Sam still sorted a couple of issues for me. One being that the car turned up really dirty, and a missing cup holder from the car – Sam sorted these promptly with the dealership to get these issues resolved for me.
I’ve used a couple of different leasing companies before for my previous vehicles and as soon as you place your order and they have your money, they are difficult to get hold of or any help from, which is where Gateway 2 Lease are different from their competition.

Really great company to deal with, any questions answered promptly, informative, never leased before Ruth sent next steps before I had to ask anything so I knew what to expect. Kept in touch throughout process so wasn’t left wondering and not too info it bothers you. Would definitely recommend 5 stars all round, great deal and great process from start to finish, extra thanks to Ruth and Claire for making process stress free.

First time I've considered leasing, so there were some nerves going into it around finding the right company and deal.
From the first call with Alastair, however, it's been a great experience and I've had confidence in the process throughout. Very communicative, very helpful, and he found a terrific deal for us so we can get the car we wanted.
