I'm really happy with my GB foam journey. Having chickened out of ordering foam for years fearing a foam shaped disaster, I finally plucked up the courage and went for it. It couldn't have been any easier thanks to GB foams uncomplicated website. They even carried out my bespoke request without flinching. And the quality of the foam is great. I'm a very happy customer, thank you GB foam Direct.

I was looking for new foam cushions for my sofa and ordered from GB Foam uk. Due to my own stupidity, I wrote down the wrong measurements. The cushions arrived on Friday 7/11/25 , too big. I was so upset and stressed. I phoned Sophia at customer services and she advised to revise the measurements and return them. The cushions were picked up Monday morning at 11am and on Tuesday am Sophia phoned to advise they had been received and to double check the measurements (just in case). I received them back on Wed before 10am. I was overwhelmed with the kindness and reassurance given. The speed and efficiency of the process was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you Sophia. Great work😀👍.

Sent I am awkward template for two window seats. Contacted the company about the order. They sorted it all for me. Excellent service and very helpful. Received the goods within a couple of days. Very reasonable price. Thanks for the help. One more cushion to order soon.

A fantastic service and great product. I was replacing feather cushion pads and wasn't sure which size and firmness of foam cushion pad to order. After getting fantastic assistance via emails from Sophia, the replacement cushions arrived the day after placing my order. They are perfect.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I was able to give all the measurements of the foam that I required and was able to spilt the order into two deliveries as I hadn’t got space for all of it at once.
The foam was exactly the correct sizes.
Their prices are very reasonable.
I can’t stress enough that Sophia is a complete star and GB Foam Direct are very lucky to have her.

I ordered 2 replacement sofa seat cushions on Monday which were speedily delivered by lunch time on tuesday. Upon opening the parcel I noticed one of the cushions was a different size! I contacted GB foam and sent pics for reference and Lauren responded promptly and was very helpful stating it was an error on there part and she would have a cushion recut and I would receive it on Thursday. True to her word I have today Thursday received my cushion the correct size and now have a renewed comfortable sofa to sit on.
Couldn't be happier with the customer service I received even tho the error occurred. It has saved me alot of money from having to buy a new sofa.

I needed some foam for my campervan very last
minute and Sophia was so helpful in getting me sorted. She made every effort to ensure I got the foam on time (in just under 72 hours from initial email to receiving it!) and took the
time to help me get what I needed and would be suitable for the purpose. She was knowledgeable and suggested adding a memory foam layer on top which, having now slept on the foam pads for a week, I’d highly recommend! I was very impressed all round with customer service and the quality of the product.

Brilliant, just brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, excellent customer service even when accommodating a request to change the foam on one of the cushions. Great value for money, definitely use them again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a piece of memory foam to use as a cushion for my back. The order cost £10.75, I still had to pay £9.99 delivery which I thought was a little steep but I was willing to pay to get the foam. I could not believe the state of the way they sent my order. It came in a massive crumped open box and my order was unwrapped and in the bottom of this box that was big enough to hold a full-size topper mattress. I have emailed G & B Foam twice with photos of the way my order came without any reply.

Fabulous service foam arrived earlier than expected easy to order will definitely use again. Thanks so much!

Having ordered an awkward shaped replacement foam for an HSL chair, we have been delighted with our purchase. The measuring instructions were easy to follow and the resultant foam is an excellent fit for the cushion cover. I inadvertently ordered two and had an instant order amendment and refund.

I have been ordering from GB Foam ever since I went into upholstery business a year ago. Always exceptional quality. Had one very odd occasion where there was a tiny error. In less than 10 minutes Lauren had it sorted with a new delivery the next day. They are a great firm that stand behind their work and ensure that any issues are dealt with swiftly and in the most human and friendly manner! Thank you. I have purchased from GB Foam before, and have had an incredibly amazing expereince.

So, I returned to them again after 4 years to purchase another Foam Cut piece which was shaped like a (Double Bed Mattress to use as a Mattress to Sleep on). They did an impecaibily amazing job in delivering the Chip Foam, their whole GB Team were incredibly professional and very kind from start to end, and even after the order was delivered.

It is company I highly recommend off, and is worth every penny to make a purchase from them. They go above and beyond when it comes to any issues, and are always a helping hand away. They Customer Services is just incredibly amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else apart from back to GB Foam for another purchase.

I have to say the Chip Board Foam - is incredibly hard and is perfect for what we were after for sleeping on. It doesn't sink in, and is very comfortable to sleep on.

Greet experienced from start to finish. We needed some infill cushions for our motorhome. They were an awkward shape so they made them to a template we supplied. We posted the template on Friday and the cushions arrived the following Wednesday, delivered next day service by DPD. Communication was quick throughout. A great experience all round, totally recommended.
