The four sofa seat cushions arrived very quickly and have made a huge improvement. GB Foam website shows how to measure exactly for the new cushions, and these are a great fit. Highly recommended.

Really good customer service online to make sure my measurements were correct for the type of cushions I needed. A lot of patience from Sophia who was helping me. Delivery super quick and they were spot on. Fitted perfectly. Definitely recommend the Dacron and stockinette for sofa cushions as made it a lot easier to get covers on when they are fitting exactly. Extremely pleased with product and customer service.

Aweful. Never got the foam. Apparently they couldn’t do anything with the fact DPD couldn’t get the parcel to us. Everything was absolutely appalling from start to finish. Have asked for a refund so we’ll see how long that’s takes. Don’t bother to use these.

We ordered two foam cushion pads for the sofa from GB Foam Direct. We know we are very fussy and knew exactly what we wanted. We took the risk of ordering online. The website was very user friendly and clear. We measured the cushions in accordance with the tutorial on the website. We contacted the company about a number of issues and I must say their customer service was absolutely outstanding. The delivery process was very smooth and professional.
We would not hesitate to recommend GB Foam Direct 100%. The quality of the cushions is first class and they have made the sofa feel and look like new again.

OMG the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I called so many times and they were incredibly patient, friendly and helpful!!! The sofa foam came in silky type covers, allowing for easy pushing into the cushion covers. It is firm but very comfortable and will last for years!!! The delivery was excellent. I just love companies like this... few and far between these days!! Thank you so much <3

Previously I gave 2 stars to GB Foam but now I'm giving them 5 stars as they were great and sortd out the problem of the foam cut being too large for my cushion.
My husband said I should've contacted them before writing a review! Anyway, they've been great! A second cushion was cut which was also too large!! In the end I sent the old cover and I now have exactly what I wanted so VERY pleased!!!

I was unsure which shape/density to order. I had an email conversation with Sophia and to be on the safe side she even called me. The cushion foam arrived within 22 hours, fitted the cover perfectly and the absolute correct firmness. First class product and service. Thanks to Sophia.

We needed replacement cushions for our sofa and were very specific about the 'softness' of the foam. They were extremely knowledgeable and advised us on the exact specification to attain what we needed. Also their customer service was exceptional and email queries were responded to extremely quickly and the turnaround time from order to arrival was remarkable. If you need foam cushions I wouldn't hesitate in recommending that you use GB Foam.

Such an easy website to use and the quality of the product is second to none! The quality of the cutting is absolutley spot on and perfectly matches the measurements provided.

Initially, I found the foam selection and order process easy to understand and courier delivery fast. When I needed further help with a specific two-cushion inquiry GB Foam immediately stepped in to satisfy my requirements and was more than helpful and understanding in re-adjusting the comfort level of the cushions when I had to return them which took team effort to do so to ensure I would be happy with the result. I find they care about the customer. I would highly recommend from my experience.

Have generally been satisfied with their service in the past but last couple of orders have been disappointing. The one before last arrived as expected but the box it was in was battered and torn. The last order they didn't send one of the things I did order, just a duplicate of the other one. Despite emailing them about this twice I have had no response whatsoever. And the box was completely ripped open this time.
