Useless and pisses me off. Are Gcash staff members so lazy that they don’t even have proper help center where you can just report it?

They collect your data and they keep rejecting. Unbelievably horrible experience. Tried my iphone, ipad and did everything I could to register. App keeps freezing at the verify ID. Then when I try to sign up doing the GTourist after all that effort, it just fails with no explanation. No one to talk to. You have all these people's sensitive information and yet you give us no way to resolve the issue. DO NOT USE THIS APP. No customer service to help.

It is almost a scam! You could create an account without to identify yourself without passport. That is important to me because I don't trust this kind of company with my passport. All of a sudden they lock my account. Now they demand my passport. It means I cannot access my money any more. So I tried to upload my passport, but when I click on upload I just get to message:oops something went wrong! Reach the support is almost impossible and I cannot retrieve my money. I call this plain theft. Stay away from gcash and also globe.

The app said they will verify my account within 3 days. This popped up around February and is still in the verification process until May. I can't spend the money I have. I can only receive.

You have a poor service. I've been updating my fund transfer but until now there's no action or even an update.

Too much bugs. Too much verification problems. Too much issues. Little to none customer support. Very broken and time consuming process with the apps bugs and verification. Even if you are fully verified (took me months even if it says 5 minutes) gcash still asks to update account information and it does nothing because account is verified. Cycle of bugs continue obviously, don’t expect customer service to help or gcash to update its app to fix issues.

Discriminates in allowing only Filipino users, or US citizens (maybe) but when in the Philippines, many companies apps only accept gcash - meaning foreigners must rather carry cash, and somehow survive without the convenience allowed to citizens of the Philippines. Avoid any product or service that requires gcash only.

they advertise here in the UK that pinoy who live in uk can now have GCash account but they will not allow UK PASSPORT. a lot of pinoy here are British citizens now and we still send money to our relatives in philippines , so why not allow uk passport as our ID here. Gcash requires a Philippines passport and ID🙈 . They then look for a birth certificate which i gave but didn’t accept it was stamp by NSO AND won’t accept it because it looks old? so i ended giving up. We now got remitly and taptap send and we can use it straight away sending Gcash in pinas with not a lot of fuss. Don’t bother using GCash app, it’s a crap. use taptap send or remitly and able to use it from uk to send GCash in Philippines

Very bad service!I used international bank transfer at first transaction the next day i received the money on my account,when I made another 2 transactions from April 3 and April 4 2026 until today I didn’t received the money yet it saying pending bank validation but when called the bank they told me there is no pending transactions on their side and it was on gcash bank side the issue.i submit a complaint twice on gcash help center but don’t get any reply.😡

Trash. They don't care about customers and their customer service is trash. They are slow to resolve issues. Do not put all your money in this dumpster fire of a bank.

I had a problem looging in with my account suddenly, without doing anything. I was informed that it's because I didn't unregister my old phone to the current phone I'm using when I'm already using Gcash with my current phone for more than year. I tried their Help Center but I just wasted time on that. I also tried calling them and now their IT support is trying to work on the issue they said -but it's been days. Really frustrating and exhausting.

Not surprising gcash doesn't respond to reviews here or on Google or anywhere else. Foreigners in particular should avoid this outfit. I submitted the required documents and after great difficulty was finally accepted. I ordered a debit card (paid for) and as soon as I received it the account was placed on hold with no explanation. No human support, just chatbots that give meaningless responses. To even find out what the problem is I would have to resubmit all the original documents plus some new ones. The documents have to be Philippines documents even though I opened the account with foreign documents. Fortunately I only put a small amount in it, because it is obvious I will never get it back. Avoid this outfit unless you want lose your money

I tried to verify again, Calendas is so inconvenient since Im 63 years old.
750 times to change the month.

I did photo, ID etc, location.

Almost done, it stopped at my Barangay (Poblacion!!)

I started again...............
After 3 attempts, I gave up. :-(

Hassle, palaging nagkakaproblema system, d ma open account ko. Badtrip, nirestart ko na, ayaw parin, sabi poor connection, open yung WiFi, nakaka tawagbpa nga sa messenger🤧 Hindi na talaga gagamit ulit nito.

Gcash verification took almost a week, transfer funds from my lost sim process took almost 2 weeks, no proper customer support, sucks! Fck you!

what is going on with Gcash? i can't send the money anymore, it says it's not secured but i already registered my device on it. please, fix this immediately, i have an emergency to do.
