never ever kay GCASH. sobrang hassle. wala ka pang makakausap na live representative if something happens. much better pa ung go tyme at maya. napakaraming extra charges na nga sobrang poor pa ng service nila.

The costumer service are all ai! Logging in even after text verification and facial verification you can't login! And the ai is so dumb!

I was just trying to surprise my cousin on his birthday and I sent him a birthday gift however his gcash account was no longer active. I’ve been trying to contact sendwave and gcash and no one was able to help me. I know the money is not much but it is for someone in need. I was asking for a refund so I can send it back to him unfortunately after multiple attempts of communication no one is taking action to my concern.

I guess the fact that GCash has not claimed its name on Trust Pilot should tell you a lot. Gcash is appallingly bad software its verification process is the clunkiest I have ever used and the facial recognition fails 90% of the time. Have used 3 different high quality phones to capture and it continuously fails. As for support I don't think they even have that word in their dictionary.
