Gcash user for 7 years as the title says, been a gcash user for 7 years. I didn't experience any of the common issues from other users. So far it's been convenient for me, using it to buy load, pay bills and sending/receiving moneys to and from my relatives. So far I have only good things to say for Gcash. Just be responsible and always always be check on the numbers you will send and the amount you will be sending

Well, for paying bills it is more convenient. Also, you can use this alternatively when you don't have a bank account yet.

This app is good in terms of easy money transactions locally. However, the app crashes from time to time and there are instances where money gets lost. I hope they can work on their security.

DO NOT TRUST THE APP. I LOST 1 THOUSAND ON MY ACCOUNT. WE ALREADY TOLD THEM THE SITUATION BUT NOTHING IS RESOLVE . THEY SAID NO REFUND.

HARD TO BORROW A MONEY.

DONT PUT YOUR MONEY INSIDE THE APP THEY WILL STOLE IT!

UNHELPFUL! Stolen funds I didn't even click any link...Their gcrypto even doesn't make sense at all. Prices are way too higher not recommend for crypto holdings.

I have a worst experience using this app on a McDO kiosk. The app charges the payment but in the kiosk it doesn't pay the meal I order. I ended up hungry because my money is enough for one meal. Worst experience ever.

Just to register is a nightmare. Looks like it was design by a 2year old.
Trying to scan your ID it taken me about 30 tries and still no go.

Worst service provider. I used Gcash to load my Globe broadband and did not go through and yet they debited P150 from my account. I contacted them, emailed them, even disputed in the app but to no avail! The P150 was never credited back to my account.

Selfie scanner does not accept my face because i have big beard. Two years ago I had same problem, but then I could talk with a human who assisted. Now when changing phone same problem. Called hotline etc, but there is nobody to talk with. Chatted with gigi AI app, but that is stupid as can be. No help. I have submitted 4 ticket forms during 2 weeks and they promise to send email within 24 hrs, but not one received. Now I just want to be able to access the app and move my money to Maya and close my account, but seems hopeless. That a tech company can have this bad customer service is unbelievable. Shame on you.

Gcash is undoubtedly the worst and most frustrating app I've ever used. The verification process is atrocious with it taking forever to finally getting a facial recognition completed if it ever completes at all. When you look for customer service to help out, good luck cause all you'll get is an inferior AI interface that sucks at getting anything resolved. It repeats the same nonsense for troubleshooting as you've already tried 1000 times. On top of it all, there is always the risk of getting hacked and losing all your funds. This happened to my wife where her entire gcash account was wiped out.

I sent through al Ansari Exchange here at Motor City branch Dubai, UAE for Gcash no. Old no. Of my nephew and he told me that that number is not working anymore. I immediately report to Al Ansari after 30mins and they sent an email to Gcash the same day. But unfortunately they didn't
reply until now it has been almost 2 weeks no response from them. My nephew
told me the Gcash replied to him that no funds on that account. GCASH is a scammer. I was so disappointed that worker like me got scammed on this small
amount of money. DONT TRUST GCASH!!!!!! SCAMMER!!!@

Kung kelan mo gagamitin saka sya may sira. Walang kwenta imagine for you to be protected when transferring money you need to pay additional fee? When it’s their responsibility to keep your money safe!

Company wants verification and I have tried over 20 times. Locked out of my account. Tried everything, but to solve the problem you need to log into your account which I cannot do. They have my money and NO personal contact allowed. Basically they have stolen my money and there is no recourse. The software is AI generated and no personal contact allowed. Rang head office phone number and directed back to the app where I cannot login. Going in circles. Now I cannot pay bills and my water meter has already been removed.
