The best cell phone case I ever had. Very strong and robust. The quality is unique, so I like to spend more money on it. Will be synonymous with every new smartphone exclusively use the covers from the brand Gear4.

They fixed the iPhone crack problem

I’ve been through two or three of them. In an effort to save money when the second case started to break off on the iPhone 7, I super glued it back together. But besides that fact this case has fallen too many times to count most of those were screen down and that would normally mean a broken iPhone, but with your case it’s s a regular thing to pick the phone up and go on about my day… oh and they’ve replaced my case for my iPhone 7, and 5s. Thank you for fixing this flaw with the iPhone. #gear44life.

Battersea case for Iphone 7/ Piccadilly case for LG G6

In my opinion easily the best cases on the market. Had the Battersea case for Iphone 7, i found phone very slippery. The case provided excellent protection, and grip, however, had the occasional accident, yet phone was fully protected and more importantly undamaged. When i upgraded my phone to the LG G6 i bought another Gear4 case, as was very happy with my previous product. I chose the Piccadilly case, which was more minimalistic and showed off the phone more. However, it still offered great protection. Had the inevitable drops and phone (and case!) were undamaged, not even a scratch. Very pleased with my purchases and will definitely use again. Excellent for clumsy people like myself, great protection.

Brilliant cases

I've had other phone cases in the past which cracked and turn yellow but when I got my Gear4 case for my phone I would genuinely never get another case, the designs of all the cases are brilliant but most importantly they're pretty much bulletproof which has saved my phone on more than one occasion, can't recommend enough.

Great Customer Service

I used the online chat to send a message to the customer support team looking for a replacement to my old case. I had a gear4 icebox for the iphone6 and have had about 5 of them now. (the one with the front and rear clear case). Best case i have ever had and my phone looks like its fresh out of the box. after a few years and significant abuse my latest case was looking a little out of date. Nikki message me back really quickly. She comes across very well and was very helpful and friendly. It turns out they don't do the case i loved so much any more. I decided to try the Victoria Palms case and it doesn't disappoint. It's very pretty and has already taken some abuse (not that you could tell). Very pleased.
I highly recommend reaching out to customer services team if you have any concerns as they are fantastic, quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you Nikki and Gear4

Gear4 Lifetime Warranty

After buying a Gear4 phone case a few months ago, the outer part of it unexplicably started to tear off. I made sure to send an email about my issue to customer service with my original bill and pictures. Nicola did an excellent job on getting me a new phone case. The first package never made it to me and Nicola made sure that the second one was ‘’track and sign’’. Thank you very much again.

I just bought a new iPhone X and was…

I just bought a new iPhone X and was about to buy a case from another supplier when the sales clerks showed me they all used gear4 cases. I bought a Piccadilly clear case and its been great. It seems very durable, the clear case shows the phone colors and it works great with a wireless charger. They had other colors but mine has the black band that goes with my space gray phone. Great product so far!

Gear 4 - awesome phone cases!

Gear 4 Piccadilly case is an outstanding product. I have dropped my phone on many occasions and it’s still in perfect condition. My childrens’ have not been so lucky and now we all have Piccadilly cases, co ordinated to their phones colour of course!

Great product, and great customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

GEAR4 Support "Supported Replacement Request"

I had an issue with a GEAR4 case for my LG-G6 and wrote support to seek a replacement. I was within the stated warranty period.
I received an immediate reply to my email and soon after a follow-up message.
Within a few days the issue was resolved and I received a replacement.
Simply stated, GERA4 did exactly what I hoped and expected they would, They honored the warranty in a very professional and polite manner.

Great products from Gear4

Great products from Gear4.
4 person family with 6 phones.
I can recommend the Piccadilly cases with the D30 non-Newtonian fluid infill.
Despite many a severe tumble, and on to hard surfaces, the D30 has protected the screen and phone case. I always use a good glass screen protector too.
Other family members who chose their own lesser spec cases from elsewhere have all suffered cracked glass screens or failed lcds after dropping a phone.
They are now paying attention, and getting their own D30 spec cases.
I should have insisted in the first place.
Nothing is completely impact proof, but the D30 spec cases give you some of the best protection out there whilst being elegant too.

Oxford case wore out after 11months

Oxford case wore out after 11months, was replaced, that wore out after 6 months, customer service taking 2 weeks to reply to emails. Poor case worse customer service.

Gear4 cases are not scratch resistant

I upgraded my phones and purchased 2 gear4 cases. Within a week of regular every day use, my cases were covered in scratches. Looked horrible. On the boxes, it claims these cases are "scratch resistant". So I sent an email explaining when I got them, how they looked, and that I was not pleased with the cases. Someone replied and asked for me to send proof of purchase and pictures of the cases. I replied with the pictures and receipt and I haven't heard back from them. I have sent in another email letting them know I still had not heard anything back, thinking somehow it got lost, but still no reply.

Placed Order - 2 Weeks Later still not here...

Placed an order for an iPhone 8 Plus case I liked the look of on their site on the 3rd of April. I live in the UK and the listing said Dispatch within 24-48 hours and 2-5 working days to receive the item from that point. Its now the 14th and I've yet to receive my item or a response to my emails (I've sent 3 the first of which was on the 10th) and no response to my Support Requests either which I made on the 13th; Last email was to request a refund. I'm now £26.99 down and with no idea where my case is or if I'll ever get it and don't want to buy a case elsewhere for my new phone as I feel like if I do with my luck the Gear4 one will arrive the next day or something...

faulty case

when gear4 eventually decided to return my emails chasing up my replacement case i was assured that a replacement case would be dispatched and i would received it within 5-7 working days, meaning it should have arrived yesterday (monday), its now Tuesday and still nothing!! i sent an email to the advisor, whom oddly enough replied within minutes of me putting a review on google, but hasnt replied, again, to my chaser email that was sent last night! I WOULD LIKE MY REPLACEMENT CASE ASAP PLS otherwise i will be bombarding you with bad reviews on every social media site i can manage to!

I placed an order on the 8th January for one of their phone cases.
It specified that this would arrive between 2-5 working days. This would mean receiving it between the 10th-15th January. This did not happen!
I then emailed on the 16th to ask where my order was, to which i had a response apologising that it had taken so long and that it had been posted on the 10th so it would take 2-5 working days from this date. This means i would receive it on the 17th January at the latest.
I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER! YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY ON THE 9th JANUARY! During this time i have managed to drop my phone and chip the corner of it becuase it has been unprotected, which was always going to happen in this situation. I have emailed back again and had no response.
I am therefore still without my order and it is now the 23rd January and im wondering if this order actually exists!

It seems like we had a stock issue on our website and therefore your case wasn't sent as we had none in stock at the time. This was an error on our website and has now been fixed. I have been informed your case has been sent from our warehouse in Germany and I am unsure as to why you have not received it. We are now going to send you a case directly from our UK office and we have also included a screen protector for you. What a joke.

I ordered this phone case on the 27th December, all colours were stated to be in stock and so I ordered the one of my choice and got the confirmation email that it had been purchased and would be delivered in 2 - 5 days. HA.. 20 days later STILL no phone case. After many ignored emails from the gear4 team, it is clear how poor their customer service is. It was only when I took to twitter to direct message that I could get a response. However after being told that I would have the same case sent out that day, still nothing! What a joke, I have always been a loyal customer and now I will certainly NOT be using gear4 again. Highly NOT recommended.
