It's unbelievable that a process so long and tedious like the verification, which honestly took me weeks, can be rejected without them having to give you any reason whatsoever.
As many have said their customer service is terrible and basically non existent.

This was such a disappointment, i will have to try and look for another similar website.

I used the platform for the first time after being a user of Wedio before. The process of setting up my account and getting verified was a bit arduous and I didn't like that I have to share my home address although I was renting on behalf of my employer.

The process of renting the gear and means of communicating with the owner was quite straightforward.

However, on the day of the rental, I received an email in the morning that I would need to bring my passport. I had already left the house by that time. Hence, I had to leave work early to pick up my passport at home and then head back to the opposite end of the city to pick up the gear. It would be better to receive that info 24 h in advance.

Ik raad Gearbooker zeker aan! Dit platform helpt je om uit een breed scala van foto-en video-apparatuur uit het hele land te boeken voor jouw klus. Na het aanmaken van je profiel en het selecteren van je gear, kun je direct met de verhuurder in contact komen voor een eventuele ophaalafspraak en om andere zaken te bespreken. Dit vond ik persoonlijk erg prettig! Geen gedoe met tussenpersonen, gewoon lekker direct. De website is ook goed gecategoriseerd, zodat je de juiste apparatuur snel en makkelijk kunt vinden.

Kleeein minpuntje: het enige wat ik zelf nog een beetje mis, is een fysieke app zodat ik direct een pushmelding krijg zodra een verhuurder contact opneemt. Nu krijg je via email een bericht dat er een chatbericht klaarstaat op je Gearbooker profiel. Het werkt prima, maar het voelt wat omslachtig. Wellicht voor de toekomst zou in mijn optiek een app wel handig zijn. Maar ik vind niet dat dit mijn algehele ervaring bepaalt, dus blijf ik bij een 5-sterren beoordeling omdat ik verder heel enthousiast ben over dit platform. Ik ben zeker van plan om in de toekomst nog eens via Gearbooker te huren!

Ich habe vor Kurzem Kameraequipment bei gemietet und bin rundum zufrieden. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, der Kundenservice sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Equipment war in einwandfreiem Zustand, bestens gepflegt und vollständig. Abholung und Rückgabe verliefen schnell und problemlos, und auch die Preise sind absolut fair. Immer wieder!

De box die ik huurde was prima. De verificatieprocedure met ID- en woonadres-check vond ik wat overdreven en werkte ook niet op Safari-browser op mijn iPhone; uiteindelijk wel op de Safari-browser op de MacBook.
