A really good refurbished item, with 96% battery, perfect with what I expect from an excellent condition phone.

It was a good price it came quick

Everything was great, only problem was that the sticker that was on the back of the phone was really hard to get off without leaving glue residue ( tip use rubbing alcohol)

The device I ordered came very quickly and was in very good condition and exactly as described in the listing. It is great value and I am also pleased to have an extended warranty. Recommended seller and I would definitely buy from them again!

Took alot longer than was told it would take. Offered me £198 for Samsung s20 plus 5g and then changed once they had got it to £137. Said it was worse than described. My phone was immaculate so wrote good condition as it said slight wear and tear which mine only has slight hairline scratch if anything. I emailed asking for photos of what they considered to be £50 worth of wear and tear as mine had minor if any .my phone was truly perfect and lived in a phone case . My phone is worth a few hundred pound still and they know how much they are going to be making on it. I have all emails exchanged and pictures of phone before being sent off. This was a guaranteed price hence why I went with them. I didn't get an explanation as to what was wrong with my phone and why the price had gone down so much

Phone works well, battery health at 89%, minor scratches, no cracks. Overall very good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - i sent my ipad to them on December 28th only to receive an email saying my device was never received and my offer had expired. i have proof of delivery from Royal Mail. i have provided the tracking number to Gecko to show it was delivered and they have gone silent for over 2 months now. i have sent countless emails as you cannot speak to anyone on the phone and all have gone unanswered. Gecko mobile have stolen my Ipad and refuse to talk to me about it. to call this company a criminal enterprise is probably accurate.
