In our area imend has such a good reputation, rightly deserved for the friendly service, compentence and advice. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else!
I know what they say is genuine and suited to my needs.

My wife's I phone became wet due to a leaking water bottle. I took it in to iMend in Upper Beeding about 10.30 am. At around 3pm I had a call to say that it had been checked and was now OK. I also had an issue with charging which turned out to be the cable. All fixed promptly. Well done, excellent, professional and friendly service.

Hazel installed a new battery on my (old) iphone very promptly. There was an issue with the screen so she kindly installed a new screen, free of charge.
Top marks for service, highly recommended.

I have been to this shop on the odd occasion when i have had a problem with my Laptop and found the man named Sam very knowledgeable and helpful and corrected the problem, also thankyou to Hazel for sorting out the start up issue and also for repairing the On/off Power button, i will definitely recommend I Mend Shop in Upper Beeding or Billingshurst to anybody.

Fantastic service! Completely non functioning iPhone and the issue was diagnosed immediately and fixed within 30 minutes. Excellent communication and couldn’t be more impressed.

My desktop died, I took it in to iMend for a reasonable fee they checked it out, ran some upgrades and restored it back to life! This happened in one afternoon… I would definately recommend them.

My mac laptop suddenly became extremely unwell and as a freelance designer my laptop is my world, so I was in dire trouble. iMend had fixed my iPhone previously so I hoped they could help me with my apple laptop.
They replaced my very damaged battery, cleaned the fans and upgraded my operating system so 3 days later I'm back working again. I would definitely recommend these guys. Professional. Knoweldgeble. Efficient. Very reasonably priced and most incredibly, they're locally based!

Imend is a professional and friendly service. Hazel and Paul provide expertise and helpfulness in equal measure, sensitive to the wishes of the clientele. It serves its community, which, from what I understand, is grateful. There is no need to go into the big city with its inherent inconveniences to find a chain store. Long may it thrive.

Hazel was clear in diagnosing the faults with my lap top. She updated me as agreed over the days that they had it. The laptop faults remedied. Good customer experience.

Great service & a pleasure to deal with.

I dropped my phone off at about 12.07 pm & the battery was fitted & I was told it was ready to collect within approx 1 hour.

The problem with my iPhone was identified quickly and I was advised a replacement camera was required. Although not in stock Imend ordered the part that day. I was advised the next day that the new camera was now available and they fitted it then. I was very pleased with the service and would readily use them again and recommend them.

Many thanks to Josh and Paul for recovering the data on an elderly mobile phone which hadnt ever been backed up. We thought it was terminal and a brutal experience in managing technology and important personal information. Very much relieved with a lesson learnt.
