Gerry's Fishing are top class! I used them many years ago to find tackle for deep sea fishing. The prices were great then and to my pleasant surprise the prices have remained great and the quality of the items very good! Good value for money. The delivery service was very good, the items were well protected. I will be using Gerry's again and again.

Hello I have spent this year thousands of pounds and always had problems with deliveries and the response service from the customer service but recently I purchased an item 3 weeks ago and I tried to speak to them but the guy on the phone very unprofessional and very rude he just hanged up the phone because I was only asking politely for my item really disappointed and filled let down as always and I tried to tell them I am disabled and I can’t function like everyone else anyway I feel ignored and let down thank you

Very pleased with the customer service from Gerrys Fishing after having to contact them regarding my order. For this reason I have already placed a second order with them as that is the best way to create a happy returning customer!

Communication/customer service/Support

I still have not received my order. I was told it was an 8 - 15 day delivery, which i accepted. However I have not received my order yet due to a delay. I had to call the shop to chase up, I was then informed about the delay. I am not blaming the staff but it is frustrating as it won't be until the new year now. However my experience with the shop and staff itself, is good.

The two penn warfare 11 30LW reels i purchase are just the job for my wreck fishing strong and reliable

Order number #2802210. They probably sold me something they don't have in stock. I say probably because they don't respond to any messages.
This is my last purchase from this store.
I was in a hurry, but I ended up wasting my money. Judging by the previous reviews, I see I'm not the only one with such a bad experience.

It was a brilliant service from start to finish, delivery was prompt and packed so well, no damage to the rods could happen, which was my worry. Excellent communication as well. I would definitely recommend and they are now my go to fishing tackle dealer.

I was surprised to be asked to write a review given im still waiting for items that were allegedly in stock when ordered on the 11th November and im not expecting to recevie until late in January which will be over 2 months after ordering. This isnt even the first time it has happened i previously waited 8 weeks for a reel, i was hoping they would have an accurate stock system now but clearly not. Cannot reccomend this company.

Item ordered and paid for on 25th November still not delivered as of 20 December, Despite being shown as in stock, the entire time.
Numerous phone calls to no avail.
Clearly, they are waiting for delivery from Pure Fishing, but I would have expected an accurate delivery time from a company, this big. Disappointing to say the least and more so for my son, who will not get his Xmas present on Xmas day!

Where do I start with this place, what a shower of muck they are.

Terrible ordered a reel for my best friend for Christmas 21st Nov. Now told won't receive until January. Do you really think I will shop again!!
