Fishing rod was delivered well packaged and in excellent condition. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Only thing I would fault was the delivery time as it took just under a month to my purchase to arrive however staff where helful in keeping me upto date on its progress .

Good service and good product will definatly use again when looking for tackle.
Only not so positive comment would be that I would like to have been kept more up to date with the progress of the order. This won't put me off using Gerrys again though.

I ordered over £500 worth of fishing tackle and not 1 order went smoothly, 1st order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. 2nd order never arrived and over 2 months later am still waiting for response, 3rd order had items missing which took another 3 weeks to arrive and 4th order didn’t deliver items that were shown in stock, although they did end up reducing my payment for that one. Customer service is terrible and they do not respond to emails. They advertise as a fishing company run by people who fish, don’t get taken in.

Really helpful guys who offered us an alternative when our order was delayed
They kept in touch by email so we knew what was happening and the alternative was excellent and was sent the following day

I ordered some bits for my Nephews Birthday. 2 weeks later I found out they hadn't arrived.
I messaged to explain it was for a birthday that had since passed and that the items hadn't been delivered. I later received a generic "Dispatched" email. I politely emailed to ask why it was held up but they never replied.
I had used them before, my son's Birthday and for Christmas last year, and to think about it they were very slow to deliver.
With Christmas coming and having a fishing mad son and Nephew, they've just lost a customer. I can't rely on them, nor do they seem to care. Competition in the industry is pretty fierce and Angling Direct have always been better.
I am considering recalling the payment with my bank as it still hasn't arrived and I can't stand lack of accountability and poor customer service.

I was looking for a spinning rod but also a bait fishing rod so the daiwa rod I bought fitted the bill admirably. As it would cast up to 115g so enabling to cast an over 3oz weight as well as a large lure.

I knew of Gerry’s fishing being reliable but it was also the cheapest on the internet, the packaging when it arrived was really secure and tough. Plus they delivered in really good time. I ordered the Sonik sis black which I’m very pleased with. Thank you

Placed my order for a few gifts for a friend , arrived in good time with the exception of one item that was unfortunately temporarily unavailable. Refunded before I had even realised. The only problem I have found with the site is that my bank balance won’t allow me to buy everything I would like😂

Hi, I ordered some Shakespeare top kits online. Recieved my confirmation email with order number. Waited a week then phoned Gerrys.
The call was answered straight away,the guy answered my query and was both knowledgeable and helpful.
My order arrived
When my order arrived, the topkits were securely packed and so arrived in perfect condition.
I have since placed a second order, which also arrived quickly,securely packaged and in good perfect condition.
Will definitely use Gerrys again.

After 15 working days waiting for a bivvy and having chased twice they have called me back ( on the 15th day, delivery stated 8-15 days)to tell me that they are having problems and cannot supply, requested refund
Why offer a product that’s not available, it was on offer so saved £20 or not
Disappointed to say the least
If I hadn’t have chased I wonder when they would get back to me
Unfortunately having used for the first time I cannot use them again.
Having read some of the reviews they only have 3.9 out of 5 ( should have looked before)
Please get your deliveries sorted, one small order but can quickly turn people off

Made an order on the 12th with 4 items given a 6 -8 delivery window on the email given no order number just a product confirmation. Emailed on the 19th as they sent no follow up email no dispatch confirmation just no communication, I followed up again on the 21st asking for a response by 26th or I would charge back on bank. Then I got a response within 20 mins explaining 3 of the items where out of production so they couldn't be shipped, there is no reason why they shouldn't of reached out within the first few days to keep to the delivery window.

This is poor customer service I won't be ordering from here again

First time ordering with Gerrysfishing and I'm absolutely made up with the service I received.
My items came in a timely manner and top quality, even got a quick response to a query that I had.

This was the first time I ordered from Gerrys. I live in Northern Ireland and was a bit worried about the delivery times after reading the reviews, however delivery was excellent. Items received within 7 days which was much quicker than other UK mainland companies I have dealt with. Super prices, cheap postage and great delivery service.

Goods arrived in time and as described. I am a happy customer 👍
