Very beautiful dress and good fit. Delivery to Latvia was fast enough.

Terrible customer service. Took about 10 emails to get a response to the question being asked. They didn't send me the promised 10% off voucher when I signed up for the newsletter - when i asked if they could resend they just seemed to shrug their shoulders and said they couldn't send me another code without any reason why not. Bloody useless. Given that you also have to pay about 50% extra if ordering from the UK because of duty and VAT, it really is NOT worth it. Avoid like the plague.

The poorest online shopping experience. Ever. Should simply not be allowed to sell from their website outside of DK. They make no effort to correct their own mistakes and have partnered with the most useless international courier service who tales days to get back to you. If they indeed do get back to you at all... Bought a sweater that I never recieved and the whole experience still ended up costing me money.

Jeg havde købt en jumpsuit på hjemmesiden, som var super flot og meget dyb i ryggen. Jeg købte en størrelse 36, da det var samme som modellen bar på billedet og hun så slankere ud end jeg. Da jeg modtager dragten er den ca. 3 numre for stor og på ingen måde dyb i ryggen. Det er faktisk en helt anden model. Jeg skriver til kundeservice og får af vide at de har ændret modellen og bare ikke har fået opdateret deres hjemmeside. Det var lidt en øv oplevelse når man ikke kan stole på at det man ser på nettet er det man modtager.

I have ordered dress from ASOS, originally around 300 euros, in sale for 60 or so. I am very disappointed, from very cheap packaging to poor quality of dress itself. Material is quite chaep as well, stiching is awfull, threads are sticking out all arrounbd the dress, the print is not clean... I wouldnt buy this dress for 30euros. unfortunatelly I have a wedding to attend this weekend and I dont have time to return them, but I am greatly disapointed. I will never buy from this brand again as its grossly overpriced and low quality.

Cross your fingers and make a wish if you place an order at their website.
If they by accident send you a wrong item, they won’t as one normally does, just send the correct item and advise you where to return the wrong item.
Instead, they will ask you to place a new order, where you will have to pay for your item once again. Despite the fact, that I really looked forward to receive my packet with a Royal Repuliq Galactic L back-pack, I for one am not willing to pay twice. In justice it was written, that when I placed my second order on the item, they would promise, I should receive the right item.

Efter at have købt en strik på udsalg på shoppen, så jeg til min store ærgrelse to dage senere, at den var sat yderligere ned. Jeg kontaktede shoppen og fik refunderet det ekstra beløb, jeg havde betalt - fantastisk service og lynhurtigt svar! Anbefaler det varmt til alle :-)

Har for første gang handlet hos Gestuz. Dejlig og overskuelig hjemmeside + lynhurtig levering. Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale at handle der.
