Went into the Mold shop and spoke with Jay and Alex, they gave a great service and sorted me out a brand new phone at a great price, i'm now paying less than what i was and have more data and a new phone. The lads were very friendly and even transferred all my stuff off my old phone onto my new one free of charge.

A fantastic service provided by Melissa at the Port Talbot branch. My mobile phone issue was fixed in a short time and any concerns I had were addressed. A friendly & professional business to be proud of.

I was in the Whitchurch Shropshire branch of talk mobile recently to purchase a phone package,and I cannot speak highly enough of the manager of the branch.....his knowledge and help that he gave me was appreciated,being a senior citizen I am not savvy with technology.All in all a great service....I will certainly shop there again!! Had a call from Get connected regarding my current phone contract expiring, I do not normally like to do things over the phone but what a truly seamless easy process given that I switched network providers to obtain a better deal, many thanks to Tasha for her time and efforts with sorting everything for me and for the free case !

Excellent service from start to finish, I have had nothing but problems with my phone the past year, popped into Get connected to see if they could help and I’m glad I did, new phone, £15 a month cheaper than I was paying and they managed to fix my issue with the Apple ID which has been driving me crazy, thank you

Went to Get Connected Bridge Street Evesham.
Served by Rich, he was very courteous, polite and very helpful in helping me purchase a new phone.
He spent some time transferring everything over for me and nothing was too much trouble for him.
I would highly recommend this shop and add that Rich is a credit to the company.

I've popped into Treorchy Store this afternoon, looking for a new phone contract, jess was more than helpful and willing in this aspect. She got me a better deal than I had with with the bloke I dealt with 2 years. She was most helpful and nothing was too much for her! I will be raving about your Treorchy branch to all my friends! Went into Port Talbot Get Connected store yesterday and the young lady, Mellissa gave me a good deal on a new phone contract, came out with a better phone and saving money per month. I recently went in to your Port Talbot store and was happily greeted by the Store Manager, Conner Gittins who I has only came in to ask a few questions about my current phone, within a brief 10-15 chat we were looking at options to go for a new contract phone, we had then agreed a new price with a new phone which I'm very happy with and Conner made sure I had everything transferred from my old phone on to my new phone efficiently, Conner is a credit to your company and I would recommend him to anyone. Absolutely brilliant Mel and Conner have been in the shop about 3 hours nothing to much trouble, done all my simm transfers on 2 phones I would’nt have a clue where to start, you have 2 fabulous colleagues working for you need to look after them!!!! Thanks very much to both of them.

Went to Get Connect Port Talbot where Conner Gittins, Store Manager, was super helpful. I needed to switch to Lebara, this Conner did quickly and without fuss, plus a smile that goes a long way. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend Conner and the store.
