I recently visited your Brynmawr store and all i can say is absolutely outstanding service! From recommending the best phone for me at the cheapest rate possible! Connor is a real credit to your company! His main aim From the time I went in was to try and save me that little bit of money which does make a difference! Will highly recommend him.

I use the shop in Tewkesbury. They are so helpful and knowledgeable on all phones, my mind boggles.
I would`nt trust any other shop with my phone.

After a phone call with a man in the shop at Porthmadog, I drove there, needing a new mobile as my old mobile battery was blown. Was met by a very knowledgeable guy called Aaron. He gave me all the information needed, then transfered everything from my old mobile to my new one. Brillaint and an very high standard by Aaron. I would always recommend Aaron and the shop to everyone.

Hi i went in to the get connected yesterday to get a sim but come out of there with a new phone and thank you Connor and he was so helpful and sorted out my new phone as I cod not do it thanks Connor gittins 🙂 😊

It's not often
I come across a sales person I trust but Calum is one! There's no pressure to buy anything and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Calum knows his stuff! Yesterday I got the Samsung A12 on contract and a fabulous deal to go with. Calum went 'the extra mile' and transferred all my existing data off my old phone for me which was much appreciated. He's a lovely guy and extremely helpful. I highly recommend popping in and seeing what he can do for you! 🙂

We ,my wife and myself have two very old phones both of which were locked .We were lucky enough to walk into the Get Connected shop in Port Talbot yesterday and spoke with Connor the store manager. We explained that we did not want to change our old phones as they were simple to use .
As it was late in the day Connor was unable to solve our problems then . But asked if we would be able to call in the following day ,this was not a problem for us and so we called today April 22. With quiet efficiency both of our phones were up and running .
Our thanks to Connor for the extreme patience and efficiency with which we were dealt. This is a rarity in itself . Deserving the five stars .

Excellent service from Simon at Monmouth. Very friendly, low key sale giving us the best price on offer straight away and helpful advice throughout. I hate upgrading my phone as it always takes ages but this was quick and efficient and we left with excellent packages for myself and my son.

I had been looking at getting a new phone for a while, and the quote from get connected in Bangor North wales smashed all of the others, giving me a saving of £355 over the 2 years from the closest one, so if you need a new phone look no further

A couple of months ago I went into the Tonypandy store and dealt with a boy called Ryan who signed me up to a new phone contract switching from EE to Three, mentioned it would be straight forward to switch, 2 months down the line and still no switch over tried 2 sim cards and both weren't working. Tried contacting Ryan a few times no reply. So i called the store only to find out Ryan no longer worked there and dealt with a gentleman call Calum, I would like to say a big thank you to Calum for all his help and patience with me as I have nagged and nagged but he has now sorted the problem out for me. He's a credit to the business and wish him the best for the future in his career.

Melissa in the Crediton store was extremely helpful today when I went in for a new phone. She set it all up transfered everything. Talked to me so to make sure I understood how it works . Gave me all the time I needed. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you 😊

Took out a phone on contract with Aaron a few months ago and whenever I need help I always pop in to see him. Anyone in north Wales should go and see him in Porthmadog. Easy clear and concise

Bought a new phone from Aaron on Monday, came back on Saturday as my Facebook wasn't working! He's now sorted it out for me and i am very grateful

Hereford store-
I went into the hereford store looking for a phone, a lovely gentlemen called Joe and a female member of staff helped me choose a phone. They gave me pros and cons from a variety of phones and helped me choose one best suited to me. Even fitted my screen protector and case for me so I could walk out shop ready to use.

I went into my local get connected shop on Thursday to purchase a new phone. I was seen by Geoff who was outstanding on helping me with my new phone. He gave me the best deal and switched me from EE over to Three as I’ve been having problems with them. Geoff was completely understanding and I can’t thank him enough for helping myself. Definitely recommend him!

Good Afternoon I felt I must write regarding the outstanding service I received in your Pontypool shop. My good friend David told me about the shop and the amazing chap John Griffiths, lovely chap and so very helpful. I travelled from Cardiff to get the VIP treatment. John was helpful to this old technophobe and I’ll be returning next week for my new phone.
John is an asset to your company and whatever you’re paying him is simply not enough. I’ve also emailed his manager Michael to pass on my feedback
