**** UPDATED REPLY TO YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE****

I was on the live chat and messenger 8 times before I placed my order and was promised a 48hour delivery, I have seen I’m not the only one with these issues. You fail to reply but then defend on here asking me to remove my rating well I will not be removing it as you ruined my daughters birthday present

LAST UPDATE

I refuse to have an argument with this company on my review this just shows how unprofessional they are! Quick to take your money under false pretences promise
You super fast delivery just so you order and then argue and kick off with you when the don’t keep their promises and you leave a review! I clearly did contact you that’s why I sent your the reference numbers i suggest you tell the people on the live chat to be honest with new customers rather than lying to them…. I will not be responding to
You again! The simple fact you are so rude and unprofessional in your responses will give people
All the knowledge they need when thinking about placing an
Order with such a rude company! Good luck in ripping other people off luckily I managed to get my money back I feel sorry for the ones you done repay!!!
