It was really easy to place an order , once it arrived, they ensured if I was satisfied with my personalised necklace. I’m looking forward to enjoy my everyday necklace :)

The personalised Arabic necklace is gorgeous! I have wanted one for a long time and GetDawah has definitely impressed me with its quality. The delivery time is quite long but it is very much worth it!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE LIERS AND SCAMMERS. I ORDERED A NECKLACE ON THE 3RD OF AUGUST IT IS NOW THE 12TH OF SEPT AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I SENT VARIOUS EMAILS AND THEY SAID I WOULD GET A UPDATE AND NOTHING!!!!!! WHY TRICK AND LIE TO THE PEOPLE AND TAKE THEIR MONEY IF U HAVE NO INTENTION ON SENDING THEIR ITEMS. HOW IS THIS BUISNESS STILL ALLOWED TO RUN???? I WILL BE REPORTING ITS ABSOULTELY DISGUSTING AND ITS ALWAYS THESE MUSLIM BUSINESS’S THAT THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. Absolutely disgusting experience. I want everyone to know that my order for a necklace is taking them two months as I write this review. Avoid this Sacm website as much as you can. In fact , they just blocked me from social media so I don't expose their scam business. Lol

Really disappointed. I placed a order for a personalised necklace over two weeks ago and have not received any email updates about what’s going on. I have sent several emails and also used the live chat and sent a DM on Instagram and nobody has replied. Can someone fix this because the customer service is appalling

Cheap product, they should at least halve the price, I bought from them a year ago, no problem, this time, really poor quality t shirt. Wouldn't use them again

I have followed all the process and placed a order on the 3/7/2022. Didn’t receive it so emailed the support team on 19/7/2022 and it has been almost a week and no reply. Horrible customer service. I want my product or a refund simple
