We have just begun utilizing Dear Doc and have already seen benefits and efficiencies. I am both impressed and grateful to Alejandrina for her thorough guidance and the support she has provided during the on-boarding. She has made it seamless and successful.

Tyler does a great job following up and walking me through all the hoops. He always brings up new innovative ways to improve the number of referral DearDoc generates for my practice. I know he is trained to sell additional services and he always does that but I told to stop pushing the new ones and focus on making the ones already in service to work better. I’ve been with DearDoc since late February. I have seen months where we scheduled as many as 18 and as few as 8 patients, but overall I am satisfied with what he does to help me grow my practice.
