We completely understand why you would have been concerned, particularly after being given a 4–6 week timeframe, receiving no updates when that timeframe passed, and then having difficulty getting a response when you reached out. Regardless of the circumstances affecting an order, you should never have to repeatedly contact a company just to find out what is happening. We also understand why, without communication from us, you questioned whether your order was being properly handled.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and, most importantly, that you have been dealing with issues with your machines without receiving the level of follow-through you expected from us. We completely understand your frustration, especially with an order of this size.

This is not the experience we want any Creative Arcades customer to have. When a machine arrives with an issue or develops a problem, our responsibility doesn't end with delivery.
