Our Residents management committee work with GH Property Management Services to ensure our buildings and grounds are kept in good order and meet the required regulations.
We meet when serious financial decisions are required to be made and have full confidence in Laura our Property Manager. This trust enables good relationships with a safe and pleasant living environment.

I am a resident of Maybury Rough in Woking (10 flats), have lived in my property for 1.5 years and have seen absolutely no benefit to this company whatsoever. We pay excessive amounts, for very little work to be done.
Using contractors known to them, that are charging over the odds and not completing jobs correctly. I see from other reviews, it isn't just us they overcharge..
Losing numerous tribunals with residents and not learning from their mistakes….
Wrongly adding in thousands of pounds for work that isn’t permitted on our lease (still not received the funds back yet).
Have been requesting documentation of where the money was spent the last service charge year and have not received it yet.
The list goes on….
If you’d like a proactive company who responds and gets jobs done…. This company isn’t for you!

Expensive for what they actually do it seems. Maintenance is not kept up to a good standard on the estate and criticism of this isn't received well or with a response to improve. I'm sure they are great for the builders they work for but less so for the residents that pay the actual bills (that go up every year for less being done). Much room for improvement.

GH Property has supported us for several years now and we have had good support from them. Our contact person does change quite frequently but our current person (Hayley) had kept us up to date and is in contact regularly.

Having experience of larger block management companies it has been refreshing to find a more local property management company like GH Property Management Services. As a Director of our block of 8 flats I was tasked a few years ago of finding another block management company and since GH have taken over the communal areas have greatly improved and Laura has been a pleasure to deal with. She always responds promptly and follows through on outstanding issues. I would highly recommend GH as a block management company.

I run several companies which GH manage and they have made my life very simple, keeping on top all the necessary paperwork, only calling when big desisions are required. I have one of their employees Hayley who deals with all three companies and literally does everything for me, i couldn't praise her highly enough.

We have a great experience with Laura who is always happy to help and support us - no matter how big or small. We are very grateful for everything she does for our RTM and her responsiveness and proactive nature.

A very poor standard of management from start to finish. This has not just been a repair issue, but a service failure. Our flat has been affected by an ongoing leak for a long time, and since May 2025 the ceiling has been down, leaving our tenants to live with the consequences for months on end.

Communication has been weak, responses have been slow, and there has been little clarity about what work has actually been done or what the plan is.

For a professional property management company, the level of organisation, accountability and urgency has been nowhere near good enough. The overall handling of this has caused a huge amount of stress and disruption

Laura Mihalidesz is an amazing property manager. She is professional, responsive, and a real pleasure to deal with. Everything was handled smoothly and communication was excellent throughout.

DO NOT USE. 0/10 avoid this company at ALL COSTS. They are rude, wont show you where the money is being spent as it is i quote 'too much work', use overpriced contractors and refuse to have a meeting with you. not professional and the worst management company i've come across.

48% of reviews can't all be wrong. So many issues it's hard to catalogue but looking at all the 1 star reviews they do clearly identify a theme of a company that seems not to know its business, that are defensive to the point of rudeness when challenged.

Be careful using this company. Arrogance in communication seems pervasive across the company. Seemingly want to simply charge for their fees and serve as little as possible.

Liam, Amy and Rebecca have been extremely helpful in trying to sort out the mess left by the previous managing agents. They’ve given balanced and helpful advice, obtained quotes for work in timely fashion & now helping to achieve forward planning
