Honestly, my experience with GIG Insurance in Jordan has been exhausting.
Whenever a medication was even slightly expensive, the first response was often that it was "not covered." I also see that once there was a condition requiring follow-up or ongoing treatment, getting approvals become even more difficult and was rejected.
In my experience, this led to treatment delays, which in some cases is not good for health.
The approval process caused me a lot of stress and wasted a huge amount of time. For almost every confirmation, I had to make repeated phone calls, stay on hold for long periods, and keep going back and forth between the doctor, nurse, pharmacy, and insurance company just so they could explain the case and mmmiiight get approval.
Instead of reducing stress during health problems, the whole process added more pressure and delays and make me vvery tired.
Based on my personal experience, I honestly do not recommend GIG Insurance in Jordan at all.
