We are beyond grateful that friends of ours recommended Global Investments when we were looking for a realtor to assist us with the purchase of an investment buy to let property in Detroit. I thought purchasing a home from 1000 miles away would be a challenge, but with Mike's knowledge of the area and experience, he was able to narrow down our search and ultimately represented us throughout the entire purchase cycle. Purely professional from start to finish. I received an immediate response from our enquiry via Rightmove on a property in Cleveland that seemed ideal. Unfortunately the property sold faster than we expected but the team at Global kept me updated on new properties coming in that suited our needs. It was refreshing that we were not sent options that did not exceed our budget which make us feel they genuinely were looking for the right option and not just the next property that came along. We completed 6 months ago now as I wanted to see how things panned out before posting a review. Very happy with the purchase, Michael kept us updated on a few repairs that were agreed by the seller in our contract after closing and also sent us pictures of the work and kept us updated. We have a good tenant from Section 8 now in place and the rent is paid to us from the city every month on time. Very pleased.

Mike took the time to get to know my wife and I while we were searching for an investment property in Detroit. He listened carefully to our preferences, likes and dislikes. We appreciated Mike’s laid back style. Mike gave my wife and I ample time to privately explore and talk without pressure, he genuinely wanted to get us into a property that would meet our needs. When we were ready to proceed the process was quick and very simple, everything was signed online and was simple and explanatory. We already own a property in Florida but the prices there are now too high and the returns not very favourable. We have done a lot of research on Detroit and although every investment has its element of risk we felt the prices will still increase so we are very happy that Mike found us the right property actually under our budget. We unequivocally recommend Global Investments to buyers looking for properties in Detroit.

We would like to thank Scott for all of the work he did in finding our property in Cleveland. Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. Fantastic, efficient personnel service, all the staff are really lovely and friendly, they kept me in the loop and updated from beginning to end and are still in touch after which is reassuring. Our property was refurbished and needed tenants placed. Would also like to thank Shemika from Keymeek Property Services for the friendly service she provided in the management process and placing good vetted tenants in a timely manner. We have received our first three months rent and are extremely happy. Will recommend.

Excellent service from Mike, John and the team, plenty of personal touches throughout the process and quick to respond to any queries in great detail. Went above and beyond on various occasions. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will certainly be using them again if we decide to sell another property we have in Europe that has not generated much value or return.

I couldn't fault Global Investments in any way especially, as I was venturing in the US market for the first time. They literally held my hand throughout the process and made time to answer all my queries each and every time, I called or emailed. Both John and Scott helped to allay any fears. For me, it was a smooth operation from my desk afar, didn't need to see the property. Great job to Global Investments.

I started my journey with Global Investments Incorporated just over a year ago with the purchase of a house in St. Louis. I was obviously quite anxious, but also quite excited with the purchase. I bought a house through Global Investments this year. They are very proffesionals and bring a huge support for international investors. In my case, I was closing a house and they checked that it was not the best scenario so Global team reccomend me to find a better option and I did. I bought another house and I am pleasure with their support. If not, probably I was still waiting to close the first house. Global team are from the beginnig to the end of the process making it easy for international investors. I am sure that I will continue working with them for my real estate investments.

I have been on Global investments news feed for a while now, and when I received a newsfeed that had a property I fancied a stab at Global investments were very helpful.

I am completely new to the realm of property investing and letting and Global made it a very simple process.

The staff have been very diligent and honest. They really do value there clients and want to do their best by them.

the first property I wanted to buy looked great to the eye. Global ordered the inspection for me, and when it came back sent it to me very quickly along with their opinion of the property. I was advised that the property had issues and was advised not to proceed and to hold out for another property.

Global didn't want me wasting my money and worked very hard to find the perfect property within my price range.

The staff at Global Investments have been great from day one and have no pressure attitude and the aftercare service have help no end with my questions and have been able to set every thing up for me seamlessly

I want to thank Global Investments for the house they suggested for us to buy in Cleveland. We actually visited the property this year. We did not enter the house as we did not want to bother the tenants but we were blown away by this beautiful city. We were fully aware that the property was for the affordable end of the market so had prepared expectations but were very surprised by the area and the City in general.
