Global have been extremely professional and helpful while we were looking for an investment student property. Ian has been absolutely amazing and helped and supported us throughout the process, as well as being very accommodating and understanding with our timeframe. Ian always replied to emails very quickly and was always available if we ever had any questions, and was always very friendly from the first time he showed us around a couple of options. Would definitely recommend.

Bought an apartment in Manchester Waters development. Have to wait until 2024 for completion but the price was good and I already own property in the city. The development is good and did plenty of due diligence, cannot complain with the professional service from Global. I have bought many properties over the years but they know their business.

Very happy with our experience. We purchased a student investment in Poulson House, Stoke. Ian has been very friendly and patient with us ( sorry Ian, I told you we were hard work lol ). Being our first investment we have been looking at student accommodation and decided to go for something completed we could actually view rather than off plan. We have done lots of research in the area and very happy with our decision. Only 4 stars as the lawyers were slow with a few emails but overall I’m happy everything and would rather wait a little longer and be safe than rush in. Thanks guys

Wow, what an experience with these guys! I have looked at using global before for investing and looked at the raving reviews. I received a marketing email for Manchester Waters built by X1. I went to visit the development to see with my own eyes and what a location on the water front in media city. The developers were amazing as well and answered all my questions which backed up what Mike had told me.
Made the reservation and sorted the deposit.
All seemless so far when you use their recommended solicitors.
Mike, John and Ian have been exceptional with responding to my questions and concerns and always put my mind at rest with honest answers and never any pressure.
Can’t wait to complete and get my 4th investment in the Uk up and running. A huge thanks to all the team at Global and now waiting for them to send me the next golden opportunity.

Global are outstanding agents to work with. Mike and his staff have an in-depth knowledge of the local markets which is crucial in buying overseas and not being able to travel. My husband and I purchased with Global and at the same time and he sold a house which we purchased from another company, due to a few issues with the tenant moving out it took five months to complete the sale. At no point in those five months did his dedication to selling the property waiver. He was just as attentive about selling the property as he was the house we purchased from Global. Without doubt, we would seek him out immediately for any upcoming real estate transaction in the future.

Never thought that it can be so easy to buy properties in US.

Having never bought a buy to let property overseas before the Global team made the whole process easy when I bought a property this year in Detroit.
