I got the flowers on the date that I asked for and the flowers were packaged really well. My mom loved them and made 4 arrangements instead of the 2. So flowers around the house.

Beautiful flowers, just needed more time to open up

The only downside was the flowers were not bloomed very far along when I had them arrive the day prior to the event. That was an ordering mistake on my end, since the website states to order a few days prior so they can open up. I also did not receive a full receipt from the business, it was missing my card info so I can't prove that I was the purchaser, which is messing up my expense report LOL. For personal business, I think it's great. For professional, I would just be aware of needing more time for blooming and the receipt stuff.

First order we received were dead

First order we received were dead. The support team immediately sent out another batch but they just didn’t seem fresh either. I’ve been ordering from you guys for almost two years and these last few orders were not up to your standards. I believe we received them from South America and they were always fresh. But when they were delivered from Florida every order looked dead and dried out

While our flowers are always shipped directly from our farms—primarily in South America—there are occasions when logistics require routing through our Miami facility. Even so, quality should never be compromised, and we regret that this has affected your orders.
