I love glowixr, the cream is absolutely beautiful 💖, and hydrating. It massages nicely into your face, also can wear it as a mask. This cream for me is just perfect!!!

I love this product, can’t go wrong with it at all. I use it use it underneath my makeup and give it a flawless look and I use it as a every day moisturiser and my husband uses it to.

I love using glowlixir it’s literally made such a big difference to my skin. It has no weird smell and doesn’t feel oily which is perfect for me. I’ve been using it for a while and I love to put it on before makeup as a base sits so well with my foundation. I also love that fact that it’s so moisturising and hydrating I’ve struggled for so long to find a good Moisturiser and i came across glowlixir and I’ll never go back! Definitely worth the price!

The product is great, makes skin smooth and moisturised with no irritation but it left a funny after smell, this might just be me and my sensitive nose :)

It’s such an amazing moisturiser/mask and primer all in one. Personally I use it as a moisturiser day and night and use it as a primer when applying my makeup. It makes me skin so smooth and lasts throughout the whole day! Can definitely see improvements in my skin since I have few acne scars and it has definitely brighten them up!

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 rating , they deserve a zero rating. From day one I have received bad service from them. I purchased glowlixir from them by error, I was looking at the pricing while trying to put a discount code in however by accident I pressed the automatic pay button and the product got processed and payment was taken out straight away. I sent them an email and went on their site and sent a message regarding this. For them to cancel this order because it was an error. I even sent proof that it was an error by showing the pages of the process. I don’t hear anything from them and when I do they said they have processed the order I said do you not check your emails I specifically said to cancel it straight away. Then I told them to cancel it now and they said we charge £5.00 which is something they don’t mention when they say they give you 100 per cent refund. I said why do you charge and they gave me a silly reason it automatically happens they can’t do anything about it. I was still enquiring about the fee and they end up sending the product. I wrote back again to ask why they sent the product when they knew I wanted it cancelled and she goes you didn’t confirm with us, I said I was enquiring about your fee and waiting for you to reply and you already knew that I didn’t want the product as I had sent them several emails regarding it. They said I can send it back when I receive it and then I will get a refund and they can’t do anything. Even though they could have easily not sent me the product. Then on the form they have written the delivery needs to be signed for when I send it, so great that’s another fee and it cost me £6.00 to send it back. So that’s me £11.00 out of pocket for something I didn’t want in the first place. Which they could have sorted ASAP when they had read my emails about getting it cancelled. I sent the order and after a week or so I hear back from them that they have received the product and they will give me a refund. That was on 31st dec. still not received a refund then I enquired again and I got a confirmation email that they will refund £35.00, the product was £40.00. Absolutely terrible, they need to take the 100 per cent refund off their website. I received the payment on the 5th February, when I enquired why it’s taken this long to receive it, there reply was because the box was damaged. How worse can this company get, the way I received the package that’s how I sent it back first class signed for. Then for them to attack me by saying I had damaged the box but as a good will gesture they are refunding me the money. If you look at the reviews there are soo many quotes about how people received the packaging the way the box is damaged. An that’s exactly how I received it to. My only fault was that I should have told them this when I received it, I didn’t even look inside the box, all I did was take it out from one package and put into other bubble envelope. I am absolutely disgusted with this service, not even an apology for sending the refund back late and for me being out of pocket. Then putting the blame on me. On their website they say it’s very easy to send the product back but they forget to mention you will be out of pocket. Why do you charge £5 fee that’s ridiculous. I will never be purchasing anything from them again. Not happy with this company at all. After glowlixir I purchased lots of other items from other shops and their refund process was soo smooth, no charges to send the item back, money refunded back into your account within a week This is the first time I have dealt with such a bad company. Never again. Then making up lies that I damaged the box well they should look at their reviews and see this is an ongoing problem with their company. a very very disappointed customer

Absolutely amazing product, usually my skin starts to look dull when I apply foundation, but when I apply this product my skin is hydrated fresh and glowy. Absouly love this product.

Customer service is awful they need to be trained on how to deal with complaints
Product felt nice but had a stale smell would rather pay for a branded product which smells fab and feels good too.
Company uses social media influencers to promote their products to their followers and get the product for free, and customers like us get the bum deal
