ADAM SMILES WHILE DEFECATING ON ME

I went to purchase selenium at the store located at 7309 East Independence Blvd in Independence Square. I read the ingredients and noticed silicon dioxide and went right back in expecting a full refund.
I did not even leave the parking lot returning less than four minutes after purchase. The manager Adam hands me a ten dollar bill. The RECORDED TRANSACTION shows me handing him a twenty dollar bill. He proceeds to talk for over THIRTY MINUTES offering convoluted math to justify NOT GIVING ME A FULL REFUND. He called me IGNORANT several times ASKED ME TO LEAVE HIS STORE THREE SEPARATE TIMES HOWEVER HE REFUSED TO CALL THE POLICE. GET IT? I told him repeatedly I was entitled to a full refund. Based on his blatant disrespect and arrogance I concluded he must do this on a regular basis. After he realized I was NOT going to just walk away, he decided I would in fact receive an additional $6.08 because I REFUSED TO BE OUTRIGHT ROBBED WHICH I WAS ANYWAY BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME $3.92 which would constitute a full refund. I WAS INSULTED REPEATEDLY AND IGNORED REPEATEDLY
IT WAS A VERY HORRIFIC VERY DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE AND TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE EXTREME. I may be a disabled veteran but I did NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED AND TALKED TO LIKE THAT. Consequently I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the District Attorney and Consumer Reports. The ENTIRE TRANSACTION INCLUDING INSULTS AND VOICE RAISING HAS BEEN SEEN BY THE ABOVE AGENCIES. They were appalled and disgusted and rightly so. I just want the $3.92 that Adam withheld from the transaction. When I asked for it He said he was done talking to me and went to assist other customers. The Freedom of Information A CT will make the recorded transaction PUBLIC.
My family has had an attorney contact FOUR TELEVISION STATIONS HERE IN CHARLOTTE AND THEY HAVE COPIES OF THE TRANSACTION. I was going to that location BEFORE HE WAS HIRED THERE. NEVER A PROBLEM. To have BLED THE GROUND IN A FOREIGN LAND IN DEFENSE OF THIS COUNTRY ONLY TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS... THE BLANTANT ARROGANCE AND DISRESPECT WAS EGREGIOUS AT BEST. NEVER BEEN TREATED REMOTELY LIKE THIS AT THAT LOCATION. TO HAVE TO TALK FOR OVER 25 MINUTES FOR A REFUND FOR A PROUDUCT I PURCHASED AND RETURNED LESS THAN FOUR MINUTES LATER. Again the reason was because the product contained silicon dioxide.
I am of the impression that Adam the manager has made a SMALL UNTAXABLE IMMORAL FORTUNE BASED ON MY INTERACTION WITH HIM TODAY.
THAT IS ALL. HAVE A NICE DAY PEOPLE.

Scam and duplicate product selling via company.

Taste is very bad not able to eat .
Waste money and I cancelled my order before despatch my order but contact support or chat bot whatsapp everything no support, after asking cancel my order, and now I received my order and fake froud and maltadaxtine use in this product, never buy from GNC

I should have read Trustpilot before…

I should have read Trustpilot before ordering from here. I ordered and the same day they send me the tracking number. After 5 days any update the item was pending to ship, I contacted Customer Service and they was rude they said the problem was usps and give me a $5 dollar discount without let me talk they end the chat!! unfulfilled orders, lack of responses to inquiries, and unhelpful or rude representatives. I agree

Absolute atrocious customer service…

Absolute atrocious customer service twice now. Here’s the shortest version:
Order placed 6/21/25
Shipment totally went missing and I sent an email asking what is going on on 7/1/25.
Finally got a response on 7/6/25 saying that the order is missing and telling me they would send me replacements. But, once again, customer service fell apart and I never heard anything back from them and never got a shipment. Sent ANOTHER EMAIL asking them what is going on on 7/11/25…. No response at all. Just order from someone else. This is a waste of time trying to get gnc to follow-through on their end of the deal.

Heartbroken to See GNC Leave Canada

I’ve been a loyal GNC customer for years — from my time living in Montreal all the way to Toronto.
GNC was always my go-to place for high-quality supplements, especially their protein powders, which not only had amazing flavor but also delivered real results.

I was truly saddened to hear that GNC is shutting down its operations in Canada.
It’s heartbreaking to witness yet another trusted brand disappear from the Canadian market.

I really hope there will still be a way to order GNC products from the U.S. without excessive import fees.
GNC will definitely be missed by many of us who relied on their consistency and quality.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I placed a several hundred dollar order June 3 and paid for expedited shipping. They didn’t even ship until June 10th after I inquired where the package was. I was offered 5 dollars for my inconvenience. Now that I need to return it because it arrived too late, they will not issue a return shipping tag, I have to take time off and actually go to a store. Do not buy from GNC unless you want to be ripped off.

Fraud

Hi, i placed an order for collagen powder, for which i already paid the amount. Now today, I received a call that the amount got stuck and you will have to pay the amount again and it will be refunded, and i paid again, then they say you go to google pay, click on the pay button and out a code 14568, and your amount will get refunded, which o refused to do for an obvious reason that i would not out code at the place of pay because the amount would get deducted; so basically it was a fraud call; now I want to understand whether ot was from your team or somewhere else, and I paid double amount now because of this, and when can I expect my product to be delivered now?

Order product 5/23/25 and paid $19.99…

Order product 5/23/25 and paid $19.99 for overnight. It is now 5/29/2025 and still haven't received. The checkout is misleading. it can't be called overnight if it takes over a week to get. USPS say it hasn't received the product to be delivered as of 5/29/2025.

A Frustrating and Time-Consuming Experience

I had high hopes for GNC when I placed an order for $180 worth of supplements as a gift for a friend who had just moved to Nashville, TN. With the discounts I had accumulated, my final out-of-pocket cost was $121—a fair deal at the time. However, what followed was an unfortunate and deeply frustrating experience.
The initial shipment never arrived. To their credit, GNC reshipped the order as a courtesy, which I sincerely appreciated. However, when this second shipment also failed to reach its destination, things took a frustrating turn. Despite GNC purchasing insurance for the package, they directed me—the customer—to handle the claim filing. This was surprising and disappointing, as I was not the sender and had no direct involvement in the insurance process.
Following their instructions, I turned to USPS, the delivery carrier, and spent days uploading all necessary documentation. After much effort, USPS confirmed I had a valid claim. However, when attempting to submit it, the USPS website repeatedly failed, preventing me from finalizing the claim despite multiple attempts.
At this point, I’ve invested over three hours of my workday and nearly a month of waiting, only to be left with no resolution. GNC, instead of taking ownership of the insured shipment they sent, has left me to absorb the financial loss. Not only is my friend still without the intended gift, but I’m also out $121, valuable time, and a lot of frustration.
While I recognize GNC’s initial goodwill in reshipping the package, their refusal to take responsibility for the insurance claim has left me feeling abandoned as a customer. I had trusted them to ensure my purchase was secure and properly handled, but that trust has unfortunately been broken.
I truly hope GNC re-evaluates its approach to insured shipments, placing more priority on customer resolution rather than pushing unnecessary burdens onto the buyer.

In the world there's always gonna be problems but it's how the problems get fixed that makes the difference.

Large variety,very quick in and out. Pro rewards is absolutely worth it. Never had any problems in the 4 years I've been steady buying their products until today. Small mix up but still almost $100 i thought was gone... Alejandro with customer service helped me fix it in just a few messages! Thanks so much! I love this store!

I purchased quite a large order and…

I purchased quite a large order and immediately received the confirmation number. After a week, I checked for a shipping update and saw it was still processing. A week later, it showed the order was still processing, after which I called, and the person who told me it had been cancelled immediately after purchase, and I was never notified. I then attempted to re-order the product numerous times over the next few days and was declined every time despite using different payment methods. I called again and was told my account was frozen due to suspected fraud. He told me I would receive an email within 24 hours notifying me that my account was re-activated. 72 hours later still no email to be found. I began to log in to a different account in an attempt to finally order the products, and have requested 3 password resets, and 20 minutes later have still received nothing. Terrible service, they have officially lost a $100 plus order of business and likely all further purchases.

Not worth the headache

Almost impossible to get help with these people. I was able to reach someone online named Karen who was completely useless and stopped answering me after our first message. I emailed 3 more times and was ignored until I called the help line. I reached someone over the phone from the help line who noticed I have been trying to get help for 2 weeks and was then ignored by the online customer service rep who replied to me. She said she felt bad and was sorry after I asked how to make formal complaints against their online workers and was refunded my order yesterday.
This is the worst supplement company I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from.
Don’t do it to yourself.

Horrible customer service experience

Horrible customer service experience - ordered 3 cases of an energy drink and received 3 large cases of the complete wrong product in the mail. After contacting customer service and submitting photos of the product I received, I was told that my original order would be immediately shipped with expedited shipping that day. 2+ days later I'm contacted and told that my order had not yet been shipped and that I now have to go ship back all of the incorrect product via FedEx (3 large, heavy boxes) and wait for those items to be received & processed by the return center before their team can confirm the issue and then eventually decide to ship my original product (which I now ordered over 2 weeks ago - making it so that it would take nearly a month to receive my order). Additionally, I was given one return label for 3 boxes of product, so FedEx was unable to accept the other boxes. After waiting on hold for 20+ minutes to retrieve these additional labels so that I could return to FedEx once more for a second shipment, I was told that I still wouldn't be sent my original order until it was all received on their end. After asking if there was anything their team could do to make up for this wildly inconvenient situation, I was offered a $5 gift card for my troubles (which wouldn't even cover shipping had I accepted it). Unacceptable customer service experience as a first time GNC customer which has entirely deterred me from shopping with this company ever again. - Worked with Laura & Sebastian on their customer service team.

Never go to gnc

I live 20 minutes away from 3 GNC stores. It takes them over 3 weeks to deliver a common item. Customer service is totally useless. Second time I'm waiting over 3 weeks for my order. Use any other online company, their prices are lower and they deliver on time. This company is absolute garbage

GNC SCAMMERS-5809 Preston Rd. Plano TX

The GNC located at 5809 Preston Rd. Ste 585 Plano, TX 75093 CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
I placed an online order for Mag07 (qty 2) on 12/14/2024. They were running a BOGO sale, and I found an additional coupon code LIVEWELL15 that took another $9.45 off. Instead of paying the BOGO price of $62.99, my total amounted to $53.53. The order went through successfully, I received my confirmation email and viewed the pending charges of $53.53 on my account. I stopped by the store hours later to retrieve my order and was told by two men working in the store that the system was having issues and to return the next day. Seeing as how this store is 20 minutes from my home, I asked why they could not simply retrieve my items from the shelves. I showed them my confirmation email as well as the pending charges. Again, I was told that they would have to go to the back to “pick” the order and to come back within 20-30 minutes. Ok…fine, this sounds like a bunch of lies, but I decided to sit in my car parked directly out front to wait. As I am waiting, not even 5 minutes pass, and I see them go to the back of the store and return to the counter with 2 bottles of Mag07. A few minutes later, one of the men walked out the door to tell me that they cannot give me the order for the price that was paid because the system cannot find the order and the best they can do is $65 for the 2 bottles. At this point, I am baffled because why would I pay MORE for the same product that was purchased online earlier for $12 less? I exclaimed as much but was told that was the best they could do. Or…or I could come back tomorrow or Monday and MAYBE the order will actually go through at that point and then I could pick up the product. Ummm…ok, at this point, I can see the writing on the wall. I simply agreed to come back another day and I leave. Before I could exit the parking lot, I received a cancellation email stating the items were out of stock. I know for sure this is untrue because they had my 2 bottles sitting on the counter! I believe that it ultimately boiled down to that store not wanting to give me the deal that I purchased online. Just to note, I normally purchase this item via Amazon. Needless to say, I will NOT place another order with GNC, especially for this location. Back to Amazon I go! Thanks for nothing GNC! I will be sure to monitor my account for fraudulent charges (this store can’t be trusted) and to make sure the pending charge of $53.53 does not post.
