Goals in Blackheath near Oldbury , we attended on a Monday evening to use this facility with young children, it was apparent that things were not well with certain customers, as we ended our session we made our way to the front door only to be confronted with a brawl between teams, I understand that people want to make money but they also have to be in control of their customers especially when there are young children around. It. Really has changed our mind in using the facility. The staff did there best to control the situation, fair play to them, but I do think they should provide security around the facility to sort this kind of incident out quickly and eject these people from the premises.

Goals darlaton Went to a 18th birthday party tonight needed a taxi home the young lady and young man on the desk very helpful got us a taxi and helped us in the car lovely people

Had my sons 8th birthday at Goals Southside in Glasgow.
Him and his friends had an amazing time we opted for the premiership package which included party bags and cake which meant I didn’t need to worry about anything!
Food was amazing (especially chicken) and there was a lot of it so parents didn’t go hungry either. Also thought free coffee for parents was a great extra too!

Great 7th birthday for my son at Goals Southend. Coach Ryan took the time to learn all the children's names and chat with them about their interests. He made my son feel very special on his birthday and kept all 18 kids engaged for two hours. It was a very hot day and he ensured they were hydrated and rested without them getting bored. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty. Facilities were very good. Great job team would love to come back!

Booked a premiership birthday party at the Manchester Goals. Blown away by how good it was. The staff were brilliant, everything was well organised and really fun for the kids. Just brilliant. Proper good memories that’ll stay with them for years.

The worst school in northampton, the teachers dont care about the childrens much, the children dont go school to learn they do all the bad things like (vaping,fighting,rasim,bullying) my daughter has been bullied and a member of staff has been racist so im going to get her out of that school as sokn as possible. If you want your child to learn and succeed i dont recommend you sending your child here.

Had my kids party there. Took payment on my wife's card and insisted it did not go through. Even with the receipt saying its approved. Taken the second payment. Telling me it will come back to my bank. And some story about Ghost payment. Total rubbish. So now I have to spend time writing and going back to get a refund. Waste of my time and possibly money. Manager told me this happened a lot. So sort out your cash register. How many people have you done this for. Have they all got their money back?

Amazing experience when I come to goals star city, the staff are great and I see why they show off their trophy in the reception for facilities of the year. Because its exceptional , the pitches are great and the staff are fantastic. Pat, Jon and Sarah are great aswell

Pitches well looked after, great place for kick about with your friends.. also the leauges are decent too

Had my sons 7th birthday party there today at goals Dudley, what can I say it was amazing start to finish! All staff was so helpful and my sons party host was brilliant he basically took care of everything coaching kids with football to giving them their food and drink oh and cake! As the parent it's a relief when you just sit back and watch the kids have an amazing few hours.
It's a big thumbs up from us well done to you all at goals Dudley.

Had my sons 8th party at Perry Barr goals today absolutely fantastic coach was brilliant food was fab whole experience was amazing my son and his friends had the best time

Just had my son’s 9th birthday party at Goals North Liverpool and it was absolutely fantastic! Every single member of staff was so friendly and made his day extra special. The coaches were fantastic - kept the children entertained throughout and were very talented themselves! Food was plentiful and drinks flowed. Couldn’t fault it at all Highly recommended! Thanks everyone 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Worst party ever. Number of issues:

1. Facilities were not fit for purpose; unclean; rubbish including cigarette butts everywhere; rubbish bins overflowing; floors were filthy; bathrooms smelt of urine; overall hygiene levels disgusting

2. Coaching was substandard; coach turned up 15 mins late to the party; unable to control a group of 6-7 year olds; looked disinterested

3. Poor health and safety standards; coaches weren’t supervising the children adequately; left children to wonder out of the facilities; lack of appropriate care

I work for a childrens residential home an took two of are young people to goals liverpool south. Both young people struggle with social interaction. The Manager Jordan was so good with them both and had them engaging like they never have before. They loved their time here having a kick about and Jordan even donated a couple of footballs to the home.

Great experience here for my son who is 16 and had never played football before had a 1 to 1 lesson and loved it the staff in reception couldn’t have been any nicer to us , very helpful and friendly will definitely return, thanku

The customer service was appaling. I tried to cancel my league game the day before. I messaged saaying i think we need to cancel our game. The next day i get a message sayin i will be charged for this.
Furthermore on the website it says i can cancel on the day before 2pm but when i did this they insisted i had to play the game or pay.

Finally when they request i pay the insisted on £34. Then after i said what does the website say they informed me if i pay in 5days it will be half price but the website states 7days. They're so money grabby and the refs they use aren't trained or dont seem to be.

. Booked in to join a 5 a side league just to turn up and the have not processed our enquiry. Despite booking 7 days in advance aswell as paying upfront. Would not recommend goals Ruislip. However, Mo was able to get us a complimentary pitch at a separate branch.

Excellent Company and highly recommend using there facilities. We have been using there centres for years and can only speak highly of all the staff and how clean and tidy they are. Well Done keep up the Good work
