Terrible

Terrible, terrible customer service. They sent out the wrong order which they admitted was their error and expected me to pay for the return in order to be refunded. All I actually wanted was the items I ordered and not a refund. The telephone number doesn’t work and emails get answered sporadically meaning you have to explain your issue multiple times. Very sadly I would never order from this company ever again.

Do not recommend at all

Do not recommend at all. The products fall off constantly which is extremely dangerous for a young child. Bought 2 bracelets and both were the same poor quality. I did contact the company but they have refused to take any accountability. It is not of acceptable quality given the price of the product. They will fall off and are so easy to then be lost.

We would like to clarify a few points in your review.

Amber bracelets for children are not designed to fit like rigid adult jewellery. As clearly stated across our product pages and FAQ, children’s amber jewellery is made with a safety-release construction.
This means:

It will open easily if pulled or caught

It is not meant to be tightly secured

It is not a toy, and children should wear it under supervision

This is an intentional safety feature and not a defect.

We also advise all customers to measure before purchasing using the sizing guide provided on our website. Incorrect sizing can result in a poor fit or products coming off more easily. This is outside of product fault and cannot be attributed to “poor quality”.

Your claim that we “refuse to take accountability” is incorrect. We respond to every customer email and provide support based on the information shared. However, we cannot accept responsibility for:

Items purchased in the wrong size

Improper wear

Misuse beyond the stated guidance

All of this information is publicly available in our product descriptions and FAQ.

Absolutely shocking customer service!

Absolutely shocking customer service!! Order was apparently shipped on the 16th of December. And I’ve not received any product or any further shipping details, just an email to review my product that I’ve not received!! and customer care won’t respond to me about my problem!! Do not order!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Your order was shipped on 16 December, exactly as stated, with no delay on our side.
The tracking clearly shows the parcel moved through the postal system normally.

As this was during the peak Christmas period, delays are extremely common across Irish Post and all international carriers. This is outside of our control, which is why we always advise customers to order early in December.

Additionally, our customer care team responded to every message you sent — so claiming we “won’t respond” is simply incorrect.

Please note that delivery delays caused by national postal services do not reflect “shocking customer service.”
If you need further support, contact our team directly and we will assist.

Shocking service

Shocking service! I ordered from here at the begining of November and nothing has changed on the delivery tracking since November. I have tried to get in touch with the company and they just ignore their customers. The phoneline does not work and no replace online. Wish I had never bought from them!

Please also ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct, as this can affect transit times.

Order never arrived no response

Bought 3 bracelets from them and it’s been 3 weeks now and still no update on my tracking since 2 weeks. They don’t respond to my emails and blocked me on instagram too when I contacted them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Your order was shipped on the same day without any delay on our side, and the tracking number shows that the parcel became stuck with La Poste (France). Unfortunately, La Poste has been experiencing frequent delays, and once a package is in their system, we are unable to influence the speed of delivery.

Regarding email communication — our sales department replies to all incoming inquiries within 24–48 hours during business hours. We understand that it can be frustrating to wait for a package, but all emails are answered within our stated response timeframe.

As for Instagram, we can confirm that we do not block customers. This would be unprofessional and against our values. You can easily contact our sales team at any time through Instagram, Facebook, or email, and we are always glad to assist.

Just cancelled my order with no notice

I order birthday gifts. After waiting weeks with no shopping notice I inquired and they finally responded that they had cancelled the order due to tariffs. Letting me know would have been appreciated.

Due to the recent import restrictions and tariffs introduced by the U.S. administration, shipments from Europe to the United States were temporarily suspended. For this reason, your order had to be cancelled on the same day it was placed, and an automatic cancellation email was sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders, as our confirmation email should be there.

I’ve ordered a total of 5 all broke within 6 months

I’ve ordered a total of 5. Literally every time after about 6 months the bead that holds the fastening screw breaks. They don’t repair or replace so that’s that.
One was for me so I know I haven’t chewed it !

The barrel screw clasp is intentionally made to break under pressure as a built-in safety feature, especially important for items worn by young children.

We strongly encourage all customers to follow the safety and care instructions, which are published on our website. These guidelines clearly explain how to use the jewellery safely—for example, the clasp should not be over-tightened, pulled, or exposed to pressure, as this may cause it to break as intended for safety reasons.

As for repairs or replacements, we do offer coverage under our warranty policy. If an item breaks within the warranty period, we’re happy to provide a replacement. However, once the warranty has expired, we are unable to offer repairs or replacements due to strict safety and hygiene standards.

Amazing company not only is the Amber…

Amazing company not only is the Amber necklace lovely the catch did break after a short time. However I messaged the company not expecting anything just some advice on how to fix the issue but without hesitation the company offered to send a replacement straight away. Which the replacement arrived this morning. Thank you so much. Great company and will be buying again.

Terrible company terrible communication…

Terrible company terrible communication avoid this company at all cost. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
After returning the item as directed by the company paying for postage and sending to Latvia, they have informed me they have not received the item and they do not accept signature postage which I didn’t do as directed, so how would anyone (the buyer/sender) know if they have received it or if they just say they haven’t as there is no proof either way.
So if you don’t like or want or even need the product after ordering like me you may as well keep it and not be out of pocket.
Hope this helps save the stress and money.

Our company operates workshops in various European countries by the Baltic Sea, including Estonia, Sweden, Germany, Poland, and Latvia, as these regions have the largest deposits of genuine Baltic amber. This allows us to source high-quality materials directly and provide our customers with authentic products at reasonable prices.

While we do have a warehouse in London, during busy periods or for high-demand items, shipments may be sent directly from one of our workshops to ensure faster delivery. In your case, the package was shipped from our workshop in Riga, and as stated in our Terms & Conditions, returns must be sent back to the same location. This return information is clearly outlined on our website.

It’s important to note that our workshop does not collect return packages from the post office due to its location within a large industrial estate. Instead, all return packages must be delivered directly to our workshop’s post box at the premises. To facilitate smooth processing, we also require strict adherence to the return instructions provided, including registering the return and including the original order number for identification.

Unfortunately, based on our records, your return does not appear to have been received at our workshop. If it was not sent in accordance with the provided instructions, we may be unable to process it. Please rest assured that we have no reason to withhold refunds—our workshop handles hundreds of returns, replacements, and packages from suppliers and partners every month.

If you have any further details, such as postal confirmation or tracking information, we would be happy to assist in investigating further.

I love my GoAmber necklace

I love my GoAmber necklace. Don’t know whether it helps with pain or not but it’s very pretty and goes with everything. Customer Service were very helpful with a replacement issue too.

I had two amber beads broken

I had two amber beads broken. Emailed few days later ( says on the website 24 -48 hours response time.)
They got in touch with me and solved the matter.

Really happy

I bought the raw amber anklet/bracelet for my little one, it’s definitely helped with her teething issues. Unfortunately the First one broke after a very short while but Emma helped us out really quickly even though it was after the warranty had just run out and sent a replacement. I Would like to add that all the beads stayed intact even though the thread broke off, so it’s fully safe to wear for any parents who are concerned about beads coming off :)

I broke my daughters necklace which wasn’t very old so she ordered me a replacement after I emailed in
I received it today :)

Placed an order with go amber on 5th…

Placed an order with go amber on 5th august, received an email to say it had been shipped on 15th august and still not received my order. Emailed go amber twice regarding this for them to tell me they’re gonna refund me! Absolute shambles!!!

We do not use plastic amber imitations, reconstructed, or melted amber.
