Terrible
Terrible, terrible customer service. They sent out the wrong order which they admitted was their error and expected me to pay for the return in order to be refunded. All I actually wanted was the items I ordered and not a refund. The telephone number doesn’t work and emails get answered sporadically meaning you have to explain your issue multiple times. Very sadly I would never order from this company ever again.
Do not recommend at all
Do not recommend at all. The products fall off constantly which is extremely dangerous for a young child. Bought 2 bracelets and both were the same poor quality. I did contact the company but they have refused to take any accountability. It is not of acceptable quality given the price of the product. They will fall off and are so easy to then be lost.

Absolutely shocking customer service!
Absolutely shocking customer service!! Order was apparently shipped on the 16th of December. And I’ve not received any product or any further shipping details, just an email to review my product that I’ve not received!! and customer care won’t respond to me about my problem!! Do not order!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Shocking service
Shocking service! I ordered from here at the begining of November and nothing has changed on the delivery tracking since November. I have tried to get in touch with the company and they just ignore their customers. The phoneline does not work and no replace online. Wish I had never bought from them!

Sadly, lost an amber heart on my bracelet, wanted get just one matching item. Found this site, got the exact gem needed. Nice trade!!
Order never arrived no response
Bought 3 bracelets from them and it’s been 3 weeks now and still no update on my tracking since 2 weeks. They don’t respond to my emails and blocked me on instagram too when I contacted them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Just cancelled my order with no notice
I order birthday gifts. After waiting weeks with no shopping notice I inquired and they finally responded that they had cancelled the order due to tariffs. Letting me know would have been appreciated.

Amazing customer service! They solved my issue very quickly and were so kind and professional. Highly recommend GoAmber! Such a wonderful company — this is already the second baby in our family wearing their amber necklace, and we absolutely love their quality and care.
I’ve ordered a total of 5 all broke within 6 months
I’ve ordered a total of 5. Literally every time after about 6 months the bead that holds the fastening screw breaks. They don’t repair or replace so that’s that.
One was for me so I know I haven’t chewed it !

I bought an amber necklace for my baby because his teething was very bad. It was our last hope for some relief. And it was like magic! He became much calmer, it helped us a lot, and it's also very beautiful.

Amazing company not only is the Amber necklace lovely the catch did break after a short time. However I messaged the company not expecting anything just some advice on how to fix the issue but without hesitation the company offered to send a replacement straight away. Which the replacement arrived this morning. Thank you so much. Great company and will be buying again.

Terrible company terrible communication avoid this company at all cost. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
After returning the item as directed by the company paying for postage and sending to Latvia, they have informed me they have not received the item and they do not accept signature postage which I didn’t do as directed, so how would anyone (the buyer/sender) know if they have received it or if they just say they haven’t as there is no proof either way.
So if you don’t like or want or even need the product after ordering like me you may as well keep it and not be out of pocket.
Hope this helps save the stress and money.

I love my GoAmber necklace
I love my GoAmber necklace. Don’t know whether it helps with pain or not but it’s very pretty and goes with everything. Customer Service were very helpful with a replacement issue too.
I had two amber beads broken
I had two amber beads broken. Emailed few days later ( says on the website 24 -48 hours response time.)
They got in touch with me and solved the matter.

Really happy
I bought the raw amber anklet/bracelet for my little one, it’s definitely helped with her teething issues. Unfortunately the First one broke after a very short while but Emma helped us out really quickly even though it was after the warranty had just run out and sent a replacement. I Would like to add that all the beads stayed intact even though the thread broke off, so it’s fully safe to wear for any parents who are concerned about beads coming off :)

Placed an order with go amber on 5th august, received an email to say it had been shipped on 15th august and still not received my order. Emailed go amber twice regarding this for them to tell me they’re gonna refund me! Absolute shambles!!!
