Very poor customer service and accountability for missing item
Item was never received. I paid quite a high amount for fairly fast delivery as my son is struggling with teething. When the item didn’t turn up and I queried this with the company, explaining that my son was struggling and needed it as quickly as possible, the company offered no apology. They accepted no responsibility, blamed Royal Mail because of Black Friday backlog and just said they hope it turns up soon… not what anyone would consider even remotely good customer service. She explained she wouldn’t be able to do anything until confirmed lost by Royal Mail. A good company would perhaps offer to send a replacement. The anklet was ordered on the 28th November and still hasn’t turned up - today being the 11th December. I’ve noticed a similar theme with other poor reviews…
I have had to claim via my bank for the item not turning up and they have reimbursed me. Not ideal at all and have now waited all this time without the item for my son. Will pay closer attention to the negative reviews in future, when ordering from an unknown entity
Update 12th December: anklet has been received and is a lovely item. However, I am still disappointed with the customer service provided. If there were delays to dispatching the item, I would have appreciated honesty. I have had no other delays with receiving items through Royal Mail.

Cured my tennis elbow.
As always, a seamless acquisition with no hassle. My bracelet has completely cured my ‘tennis elbow’ and I wouldn’t be without it. This is my third order, but only because my grandchildren have a habit of breaking them when we ‘play wrestle’.

Great service. Ordered for my daughter in law as a special gift. I was kept up to date every step of the way until it arrived safely by Royal Mail. It’s absolutely gorgeous and she’s going to be thrilled when I give it to her.

Brilliant customer service
I used love amber to purchase an anklet for my daughter who was struggling with teething 4 years ago and a couple of months ago I purchased one for my son. Unfortunately the clasp snapped however, Marie was very kind and helpful, told me how to return and get a replacement.
I was going on holiday 3 days later so asked if it could be posted next day delivery, I ordered the new anklet at 3:30pm on Friday and it arrived at 12:30pm on Saturday!!
Absolutely wonderful customer service, would definitely recommend to anyone!! Thank you once again!! Xx

Have been using the Amber Braclets for years.. we used them for teething initially and because they were so successful my daughter inquired as to what I could use for pains in my hands …. Have always had one on since.

Absolutely amazing!!
This was my first purchase from Love Amber and I have to say the experience was amazing . The customer service was excellent from start to finish, Marie was always on hand to answer any questions.
Marie kept me informed about the status of my order and I received it promptly 2 days later. The bracelet/ anklet is beautifully made and of very good quality. When I opened it I initially thought it looked too small for my granddaughter so I emailed asking if it was ok to exchange if it was too small…. I received a reply straight away with instructions on how to return, absolutely faultless service. I am happy to say it fitted perfectly so no need to return.
Fantastic family business , highly recommend.

Great product and arrived quickly
Great product and arrived quickly and well packed. I had a problem with the clasp on the first one I received and it was replaced no problem as part of the guarantee but I felt the communication could have been better when dealing with the replacement, hence the 4* rather than 5.

I love this necklace
I love this necklace, really helps my son. We lost it so had to purchase another and the dribbling and symptoms calmed down.

Broken fastening within 3 weeks!
I bought an amber teething bracelet for my 4 month old at the end of January. Within 3 weeks the white fastening piece had cracked and broken. On messaging the company they assured me that it had most likely broken because it was too tight on my baby and the bracelet was designed to break for this. They also informed me that I have a 6 month guarantee with the purchase so not to worry. The bracelet however is not tight at all on my baby and has been a bit big that I tend to tuck it under his cuffs when he has it on. I sent over photos of the broken fastening via the contact messenger and requested a replacement under the 6 month guarantee. The company have not responded on messaging them twice!
Would not recommend as I would expect better quality paying £22.99 +postage. I think the ‘it is designed to break if too tight’ is a cop out for poor/cheap design.

Good customer service
I had to return my baltic amber necklace bought last October because the fastener bead had broken. It was replaced with a brand new necklace without any quibble and in reasonable time. I was kept informed all the time.

Our little one had been really…
Our little one had been really struggling with teething pain; waking up in the night screaming, refusing feeds (usually milk mad) and just generally so irritable. We put this amber bracelet under his sleepsuit (it has feet) when he sleeps and within a few days he had stopped waking up screaming and isn’t refusing feeds. He does still wake up irritable in the night but nothing that a feed won’t help.
The bracelet is also really beautifully made and is great quality!
