I keep trying to reach out for a return…

I keep trying to reach out for a return to be initiated and have not heard back about next steps. Trying to return a jersey that was printed imperfectly and does not fit.

Placed order on Nov 20th and12 days…

Placed order on Nov 20th and12 days times was given for delivery of order. Didn’t revive the order till 7th December. Item still showing at China. I have to travel but Items seems stuck to China forever.

Took very long and quality is okay.

Ordered 3 shirts here in one order. They said that they shipped the shirts but they never arrived. E-mailed them a lot but they don't respond or say that there's a mistake and will send it again. It's months now and i still have nothing...

Update 11-09-2024:
They finally fixed the problem. They finally helped us after giving them a bad review. After support reached out they sent us a new tracking link and it finally arrived after they tried two times. Quality is okay for what you pay for. But it took very long.
