Hungerford Station pick up to go 4.5 miles at 1300, only had to wait 10 minutes, as no ubers in area, uber price was £10.50 so I was thinking about £15ish....driver sad it was a set fair when we arrived about 9 minutes later he said it was £38.50 for 4.5 miles absolutely rip of company, Will never use this company again....

We had a very lovely lady come and pick up a vulnerable customer at the Windrush Leisure Centre, she was very kind and patient towards her and made sure she was properly looked after. Please give her a big thank you and pat on the back!

Excellent drop off. Phoned to get a taxi back and they doubled the price at 4pm in the afternoon. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Very smooth booking process and perfect service.

We booked a taxi 2 days ahead of time for a 3am journey to catch a bus for the airport. Obviously very important that the taxi gets to me on time so I can catch my flight. The evening before we specifically called the office again, just to make sure that they remember our booking for this important taxi and they assured us that the taxi will be there. The time comes, no taxi... They forgot to send one. That's so unacceptable and incompetent, they literally have one job and failed. This is my first impression of the company and I've now realised that I'm going to stick to Uber next time. If you want reliability please stay away.

Driver had a cold and was constantly coughing, sneezing and clearing his throat. Just what you don't need on the way to the airport. Poor driving, emergency braking on motorway etc. They subcontract so beware. Some vehicles are tatty. Not recommended. This is the third time.

This is the first and last time I ever book with Go Green Taxis. I booked through the app for a taxi to take me to Thornhill Park and Ride for 0200 hrs on the app as recommended. Did they show NO. I needed this as I was getting a bus to Heathrow airport to connect to a flight. If I missed the bus my flight and holiday would not not have happened with obvious circumstances. I tried to phone the company to no avail. I phoned my nearest taxi that I could find on the app. He told me he was waiting outside for 20 minutes. I was waiting outside for half an hour. I live in a no through road so any movement at all would be noticed. I phoned the company again and a member of staff answered. Oh yes I can see the booking. I’ll phone you back. She did and said I can get a taxi to you in 20 minutes. The driver then phoned and said he would be with me in 20 minutes BUT by then my faith was lost and I had booked a taxi with 001 with me in 10 minutes. These were also a lot cheaper by about £10. The bus arrived on time less than 5 minutes after my arrival. If you want a heart attack book with Go Green Taxis - if you want a taxi use someone else. 001 are very good and cheaper.

The driver (UBA) turned up on time. He was very polite and helpful.

The car was filfy, dirty, very smelly!!!! And expensive.( I had to hold my breath almost the whole journey)
I came home and changed my clothes!

Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with a school collection booking for my son.

The driver was running late, however I was not contacted proactively and had to call myself after noticing no driver had been assigned in the app. I was then informed the driver would be 10–15 minutes late. When I explained my concern that this was a child school pick-up, I was surprised to be told the booking had not been identified as involving a child.

To be fair, the company did process a refund promptly, however despite emailing twice regarding my concerns around communication and safeguarding awareness for child collections, I have received no response or acknowledgement.

I chose this company as it was recommended by a West Berkshire services and after researching providers carefully due to my son’s additional needs, so this was particularly disappointing.
Shame I dint check the Trust pilot reviews.

We were extremely disappointed with the service provided by Green Taxis following a short 2 mile journey from The Greyhound to a nearby village.

The total fare of £19.60 felt completely unreasonable for such a short trip, especially when an additional £3.70 waiting charge was added for what was only a three minute delay while we exited the hotel for a wedding. The driver was fully aware we were coming out and attending the event.

What made the experience worse was the attitude and professionalism of the driver. He was negative, unhelpful, and appeared unfamiliar with the local area despite working for a local taxi company, relying heavily on satnav and still struggling with directions.

The hotel itself was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which made this experience stand out even more negatively. As visitors to the area for a wedding, we expected a welcoming and professional service. Unfortunately, this did not meet even basic expectations.

I would not recommend this taxi company based on the cost, attitude, and overall customer experience.

Disappointing experience. I was charged an unexpected waiting fee because my train was slightly delayed, despite never being told this charge would apply. Be careful when booking.

A very pleasant journey, easy going, jovial atmosphere, everyone smiling, laughing, jolly and happy. Driver prepared to go the extra mile. Thank you

This service made me disappointed at first time booking a ride at Oxford. The driver called at 10 min before the picking up time to cancel my booking. I will never trust this service again.

Booked a taxi for 23:00hrs a day in advance to get back to Burford from the Farmers dog pub, only to receive a call outside the farmers dog saying in broken English there had been a mistake and if we gave our payment details he would try and get someone to us.... We went into the pub and got another local taxi company number instead. Do not use these, even if booked on there app and you have a confirmation email etc, they are either incompetent or dishonest.

Absolutely useless. Would rather walk than use this company again. 5 minute journey 2.6 miles and an extortionate price. Even D Turpin wore a mask.

Not worth it for the price, drivers are lovely 9/10 times but consistently late even if you book far in advance. Calling into the office is 50/50, a couple of really nice call handlers, some can be rude and make you sound like an inconvenience. Would definitely go for 001 instead as they’re half the price and consistently kind and on time.

Lower Earley (Reading). Booked via the app it said it would be 0- 18 minutes so I booked it. Then at the 14 minute mark I saw the tracking was now saying it would be 20 minutes more. I called to see if it was a mistake and all the guy said is do you want to cancel. It was my first day trying the service. I said I felt lied to and he gaslit me and said I wasn't. No apology, literally couldn't care less!

Was charged £16 in an electric vehicle to be driven 1.6 miles at 7pm.
When I questioned the price even the driver apologised.
Its a shame as the drivers are great but pricing clearly set from above.
Will never use them again.
