Not worth it for the price, drivers are lovely 9/10 times but consistently late even if you book far in advance. Calling into the office is 50/50, a couple of really nice call handlers, some can be rude and make you sound like an inconvenience. Would definitely go for 001 instead as they’re half the price and consistently kind and on time.

Lower Earley (Reading). Booked via the app it said it would be 0- 18 minutes so I booked it. Then at the 14 minute mark I saw the tracking was now saying it would be 20 minutes more. I called to see if it was a mistake and all the guy said is do you want to cancel. It was my first day trying the service. I said I felt lied to and he gaslit me and said I wasn't. No apology, literally couldn't care less!

Was charged £16 in an electric vehicle to be driven 1.6 miles at 7pm.
When I questioned the price even the driver apologised.
Its a shame as the drivers are great but pricing clearly set from above.
Will never use them again.

I really struggled to understand the driver, who arrived in the wrong location, and I was charged a ridiculous amount for a 9 min drive…

The site said that we would be greeted outside the arrival exit with all the other services. Not only was the driver almost 30 minutes late, he parked far from the terminal and had us walk with our luggage to the car. Granted the traffic was horrible, but a good driver would know about congested areas and construction. He seemed to be entirely dependent on his map application. He was also not able to point out even major landmarks like St. Paul's along the way. I had to call them when the driver was late - nothing was proactive on their part. I highly recommend anything else. Walk, you will be happier.

Extremely dissatisfied please do not trust there online booking system!!!. I made a booking in October for over the coming festive period, accepting the price and was issued with a booking reference number etc. Now two weeks prior to my booked trip I have just been told that they cannot now fulfill my booking because the trip sits outside their licencing agreement. Feel extremely angry and let down, clearly there online app needs to be adjusted to highlight to the customer at the time of booking that the trip is outside of there parameters.

I booked a Taxi on the phone with Go Green Taxis Reading to Pick up my Partner at the Maya Thai Massage Whitley Street to go to Reading Railway Station for 0830am on 27/10/2025.
She stood outside the Premises waiting for her Taxi to arrive.
Approx 5 mins after the pick-up time she received a call from the Taxi Driver stating that he was outside the Tesco Store further up Whitley Street.
She had to drag her suitcase and bags up the Street to Tesco.
When she got to the Taxi the Driver told her that she was Stup and he was angry with her. Why he called her Studid I do not know, maybe it is because she cannot speak good English.
I asked for the Taxi to Collect her from The Maya Thai Massage Not Tesco.
I even informed the Taxi Controller that she does not speak or understand good English, yet he made her drag her bags all the way up the Street to Tesco.
I phoned to make a Complaint about the Treatment she received from the Taxi Driver, I was told the Manager would be informed and the Manager would phone back with reference to my Complaint.
Needless to say that did Not happen.
I will Not be using Go Green Taxis again, their Driver was out of order in the way he treated my Partner.

Driver Sil arrived earlier than requested time - very polite, smartly dressed, helpful with luggage, enquired what station platform I needed. Vehicle clean, drove well.

Rang to book a taxi and arrived 10 mins later. Driver was very polite and helpful. Great service!

All I can say is that it's a very lousy taxi company, the worst service I have ever had in Didcot. Every encounter was bad, poor service, mean drivers, dirty cars and over-inflated trips. I wont ever use again

Having booked taxis to take a group to a dinner at an Oxford College 2 weeks before the date needed I received a call to tell me that the traffic was at a standstill and the taxis would be an hour late. Totally unacceptable 30mins before our pick up time. We had to make alternative arrangements to get to our dinner. The return journey was provided as promised with a polite driver.
A quick check on Google maps did not show Oxford at a standstill and as we got to the dinner on time proved Oxford not to be at a standstill.

We called go green after being given a very expensive quote for a short journey. Go green were great half the price , good hybrid cars. We were picked up exactly on time and collected later again at the correct time.mSev our driver was a lovely man friendly and knowledgable about the area . Would recommend .

Booked taxi’s to Henley from Reading and back for Saturday and Sunday - they left my friend and I stranded in Henley at 1:30 in the morning - I called them and they just said sorry we haven’t got the capacity - so I cancelled the other 2 jobs I had booked with them and I’ll never use them again.

Avoid!! absolute rip off, use uber every day of the week. £26 from farmers dog to Burford!!

I always book with this company in Abingdon Oxfordshire, very nice cars ,I don't bother with the other companies anymore.Go Green is cheaper and better.

Ive had a terrible experience with this company . I booked a taxi for my son giving the correct postcode and location. After drop off we realised they had dropped him at the wrong place ( the telephone representative had submitted a different postcode from the one I gave him ) .The representative at first admitted it was a mistake but wanted to charge another£ 18 to pick him up and take him to the right place . When I said it was unfair, he said he was going to cancel it and put the phone down . So my son was basically left in the middle of nowhere and lost .Now they are refusing to give a refund and trying to shift the blame to me and my son .

Worst taxi service I’ve ever had. I made a booking at 12 o’clock this afternoon for 14:30 collection…at 2 o’clock No driver been assigned… I called the office and asked why had no driver assigned to my schedule booking. I was informed driver just finished a local drop and will be at meeting point at 14:30.

14:30 No driver arrives. Called office to ask where my driver was. Oh they have just scheduled a Driver and he’s 15 minutes away. What’s the point of scheduling a particular collection time if your can’t provide the service.

Absolutely useless, completely unprofessional..second time this has happened in a month.. but don’t worry UBER is growing quickly in Oxford since there launch. Will Become a lot more harder to control market, and justify your overpriced service.

Absolutely appalling service – avoid at all costs!

We booked Go Green Taxis earlier in the week for a wedding, making it clear that timing was critical. Initially, they provided a quote which I accepted, and I even received a booking confirmation with the agreed price and details. However, because I was booking multiple taxis, they cancelled the original to combine them — and then increased the price in the revised quote, denying they ever gave the original figure, despite my having clear confirmation in writing.

On the day, with full knowledge that this was for a wedding and punctuality was non-negotiable, I received a text saying the taxi would be 25 minutes late. Half an hour after that, I had to call, only to be told they were now sending a different driver who would be another 15 minutes. At that point, we had no choice but to drive ourselves to the wedding, incredibly stressed and now running late.

I called to complain and was met with unbelievably rude behaviour — the operator swore at me and hung up the phone.

This was one of the most unprofessional, dishonest, and downright disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a taxi service. Do not trust them with anything important. I will never use Go Green Taxis again — and I strongly recommend others don’t either.
