Bought the 9ct gold chain with an initial in gold and diamonds. The recipient was delighted with their gift. The size is lovely as it is neat but big enough to see what it is. The thickness of the chain looks substantial compared to others I had been looking at. It catches the light so the overall effect is really pretty and stylish. It was well packaged too. Very pleased with the purchase.

I’ve used Worthing Gold Arts a few times now for purchases and repairs. Top notch service every time. Friendly and welcoming staff and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be using again when I can/need to.

Michelle and Emma at Gold Arts are fantastic. I took my late Nan's wedding ring and a five diamond ring in to them to be restyled into a single ring. Nothing was too much trouble and Joseph's skill in carrying out the works is just amazing. I can't thank them all enough. We've been using this shop for over 30 years and it just gets better and better.

Michelle went above and beyond to help us when we needed advice and help with a ring we had bought elsewhere. Their professional experience and knowledge really stands out. Michelle was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had gone in at a friend's recommendation. She had had her engagement and wedding rings oh so gently cut off, she wears them continuously, the needed making a little larger. She was so overjoyed with the results and how clean and sparkly they were. Hence her recommendation. So, I had taken my friend's silverc necklace for cleaning. Thus had huge sentimental importantance to her that I was a little nervous. There was no need as Michelle certainly knows her stuff and enjoys doing it. Would highly recommend this establishment for purchases, alterations, cleaning and more. Very happy customer.

First of all you do not answer messages left on an answer phone and you do not have someone on the end of a phone line.

It took too long to answer my email to you as in the ad you said purchase would arrive the next day.
The earrings were not good quality. Extremely thin gold . Butterfly x 2 to hold earrings are so tiny.

I went into Brighton shop today to have wedding ring cut off as due to arthritis my finger was very swollen and I couldn’t remove ring.
I chose this particular shop as it also has an onsite workshop so has the right tool to do the job.
Tim, the goldsmith, was able to remove my ring in 2 or 3 minutes and there was no pain or charge.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I will return to have it resized in a month or so when finger has settled back to normal.

I ordered a Ball watch from Gold Arts at a very good price, it was not quite right for me, within an hour of contacting them they had initiated a return, once they received the watch my money was back in my account..I am very happy with the service I have received, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Well I was there on Tuesday afternoon asking advice to Katy Laura and Mark regarding a ring I bought from a jewellers that is no longer open and they were amazing with help and advice even though I didn’t buy the ring from them, I would no doubt in the future go to them for a purchase as I know that they would be the best choice
