My experience with this company was positive from the outset. Clear friendly communication and fantastic customer service. Price quoted was transparent and fair, no hidden costs at all. Within a day of me receiving the postal pack, to then sending the items to them, i received the exact payment as quoted, plus an additional £10 for returning the postal pack within the timeframe stated. Having decided to sell my gold with Goldmonkeys I had a quick yet reassuring conversation with Michael prior to posting the package.
I was impressed with the whole process and surprised, having posted my gold on a Friday, to receive an offer via email together with a breakdown of items, weight, carat and offer together with photos of the jewellery being weighed on the Saturday. I accepted the offer and was more surprised to have the money transferred into my account on a Sunday.
I would highly recommend Goldmonkeys to anyone wishing
to sell their gold. I am grateful for their honesty and transparency about the weight, carat and value of my gold being much higher than I had anticipated.
