Goldstar Trust should remove the name TRUST from their name.
After 30 days of failed transactions, incorrect information being provided and outright misinformation I still have not received a wire transfer on my money because everyone is too busy.
I have been with GST for 10 years and have been unimpressed every step of the way.
Now that I am leaving, they are treating me even worse and have caused extreme financial peril.
The last call basically indicated they did not care!
I would not recommend doing any form of business with GST and this is coming from a customer of 10 years,

I’m super concerned that my money was just requested to be sent via mail with no tracking. It’s been 8 business days and it still hasn’t been received. Pretty concerning to have your life savings treated so non-chalantly. I’d rethink this whole thing but my money is somewhere in the USPS system…

Agent had my wife fill out entire form, which was not the right form. We're trying to open an account for her. She questioned the agent about his knowledge to help her to which he replied that his supervisor was right there with him. Turns out, that wasn't true.
