Great communication, never felt pressured to make a decision, They answered all my questions and gave clear information on everything.

Goldstar was very helpful explaining how to get my investment up and going. When I didn’t receive my welcome email they resent it to me quickly after I called them. Once they received my check for investments they said they would try to expedite it through so I could buy my gold!

This is my first time to do business with GoldStar. Everyone has been very helpful and polite. I had a little trouble getting my fees paid bc what I was told would happen was done differently. I was to pay the fees separately w my Credit Card, but the fees were paid from my cash funds transferred. It took a few phone calls and emails to straighten it out but eventually got it taken care of. Just a little more complicated than expected.

The transfer of funds from my previous IRA was seamless. There were no hassle and no questions from my previous company. Gold Star handled it all and them let me know that is all was transferred.

Way too many emails. One a day should be plenty...I think I was getting 3-4 a day.

For me, I thought it was great. Coming from me, that’s unheard of. I maneuvered through this process with ease.
