Fantastic turnaround, was the cheapest on the Internet by around £40, and despite ordering in the run up to Xmas my order still arrived in less than 48 hours. Would definitely order again, fantastic service.

I thought the price was right but the time to ship is way too long.

I ordered a sun mountain stand bag and some iron head covers, all of which were listed as in stock when purchased. As per their shipping statement I figured it would ship the same day, as I placed the order before 4PM, or at the latest it would ship within 24 hours.

I was sadly mistaken.

Order placed on Thursday at 2pm. Still not shipped on the following Tuesday so I tried to call, no answer. I sent an email and tried calling the next day, still no answer. Thursday, one week after placing the order, I see the order marked as 'Complete' so I try to call again for some more info, no answer. And no answer to my email yet either.

Today is Friday, 8 days after the order was placed and still no response to my email. The order is marked as 'Complete', and the tracking info says it is in Londonderry. And remember, the articles ordered were listed as 'In Stock' at the time of ordering.

Poor communication, just plain disappointed. The only good thing is the price was correct at 15% off.

I searched the internet looking for Liverpool Golf Club Head Covers for my buddies son for Christmas and came across "Golf Store Europe". I am always skeptical , but I found their prices to be really competitive and product was available in store to ship ASAP, so I took a chance and placed an order. I would not be disappointed, I received my order in Canada just 5-days after placing, the product was top quality and was very, very happy with the total transaction and my buddies son love the gift.
I highly recommend using Golf Store Europe....

I ordered 2 bags of tees and a clip for my golf hat with marker
i placed this order 3 weeks ago and recieved it yesterday.
my order was processing for 2 and a half weeks which i found unreal...
i recieved my order but only to find they sent me the worng order..
not even close to what i ordered actually.
i rang the support no at least 20 times yesterday but no answer and the same today. they are clearly ignoring all calls or portray themselves fasley when claiming to be a professional company. i sent two email and have yet to recieve a response.apparently it takes 48 hours to give me one.....
i would never ever again use this company because they do not deliever what i ordered and the timeframe is very poor in which you do recieve your wrong order..

My dad loves golf, and is a huge Liverpool fan! so we were looking at a gift to get him for Christmas, When we come across golf store Europe, we were amazed at the products they had at amazing prices!

Delivery was great also, we knew it could take a few days, so were more than happy when it arrived when we weren't expecting it too!

Would definatley recommend golf store Europe, and will be sure to use them again!

I am an old age pensioner and on the 04/12/14 I purchased a product
from Golf Store Europe for a xmas present.On delivery a vital part for
operation was not included. I sent 5 emails regarding missing part plus
6 photographs of product delivered. Golf Store Europe completely
.ignored my last 3 emails by never replying. I am not going to abandon
my persuit of missing part. This is very rude and disrespecful.conduct.

excellent service with prompt delivery

I did place an order on dec 22nd with enough time to receive it by Jan 5th (when I needed it) as per their web site (4-5 working delivery days).
On Dec 29th after not hearing anything from Golfstore I had to spend 1 full morning chasing and ended up calling another retail store from Golfstore and they were decent enough to put me through to find out the item I order was out of stock (not when I order on the web). They offered me to send it on a different color with the commitment that it will arrive on time. It obviously did not. The package arrived late for what i needed it and i had to do personal follow up with the local courier in Spain as when the package was sent the address written down was incomplete. My experience has been really poor and shall not purchase again nor recommend this site for purchasing and for what I have seen in Twitter I am not alone, unfortunately.

I'm happy with the products and customer car, but shipping is slow compared with other online stores and some problems with stock even when it's available in the purchase (but they offer me a similar product or better).

I took a size M as CK tends to size small and this fits me perfecty.
No stock left after i ordered so it took more than two weeks to receive the item instead of 48h (over Christmas period)

Order placed on 2nd december ( pair of footjoy shoes. IN STOCK ) . Payment done . 123 €
Now , 13 january , didn't get any e-mail answered nor any parcel delivered .

Don't know what's going on, order status says PROCESSING , but it doesn't seem to work .

I tried to call at least a dozen time , didn't manage to contact them.
Still Waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Awful customer service. Ordered in stock golf umbrella on New Years eve. Eventually arrived on 12th January. I realise that there was a bank holiday but nothing on their website said that I would have to wait that long. I emailed twice to cancel order and received no reply. I called at least 20 times and no one answered the phone.
They will not be getting any more of my money.

I too am really struggling with this company to get a refund after several promises to do so. Poor service seems to be a real problem here...take the money and then forget about it. I would avoid this company if quality of service is important to you.

Ordered item on December 15th and it was listed as in stock. Item eventually arrived 6th January, after having to chase them twice, as no response to my first enquiry. At no time was my order details updated online and not easy to contact if they don't reply to the emails.
Should not advertise stock available when clearly it is not, especially when it is for a Christmas present. Very eager to take the money immediately, even though they don't have the goods.

I recently made a purchase from you and although the service was prompt and delivery was quick I have had an issue with the item purchase I have made numerous phone calls and sent email but have had no response, I have now return the item in order to get a full refund.

Have used you in the past with no issues so will just put this down to the post Christmas sales.

Do not use this firm they are dreadful avoid them at all costs.

Ordered some wedges off these guy's as after checking all the other companies these were the only ones that said they had stock on their website, what I mean by that is next to the specification of wedge I wanted it stated in stock, what made it more believable was they were also stating No Stock of certain lofts and bounce angles in the same wedge.
Anyway placed the order and awaited a response, had an Email stating that if in stock the order would be processed and goods despatched within 24 hrs, I could have easily ordered these with my Pro and waited a week for them but wanted them within a couple of days as I am going on a Golf trip, I have tried phoning these guy's ( they never answer their phone you get a message telling you to Email customer services) then after sending them numerous emails asking them to refund my money if they have no stock, you don't get any reply going that route, so I opened a PayPal dispute in the hope that they would reply, still no contact. Well good thing is I'll be able to escalate the dispute to a claim in a couple of days and get my money back,
Please do not use these Guy's if you want your good's seems to me they are going the same route as another Internet company and just using people's money to pay their account's off, sadly it will end in tears for some.
Use your local Pro or one of the other companies that as good Feedback and Stock.
