This company is very questionable .
Its transparency is zero and most likely its honesty..
I ordered a Garmin watch on June 12th 2025 and today July 28th it has still not arrived.
Money taken from my account but no goods supplied.
Very poor response to emails.
I feel this company is a total con job.. so do not purchase anything from them if you want value for your money.
I’m very angry writing this & feel I have been scammed..

I ordered Garmin Approach S70 47mm Golf GPS Watch Black and paid for it. It would take 10-14 days now more than 45 day later still no delivery. I have mailed service safersupport but I don’t even get an answer. Is this just one big fraud!?!?!

No warranty service despite the legal 2 year warranty.
No response whatever form the store on mail.
And if you buy throughout Amazon hey provide only a 90 days warranty service policy so ;-(

Efter at have granske nettet for muligheder for køb af golfudstyr, faldt valget på Golfstoreeurope.

Specielt tre ting var tiltalende:
* Stort udvalg
* Hurtig levering
* Fri fragt til Danmark

Jeg afgav min ordre 22. september og pengene blev hurtigt trukket fra min konto. Jeg fik en mail om, at jeg kunne følge med i ordren under My Account på golfstoreeurope.com. Da min ordre et par dage efter, ikke kunne ses under My Account skrev jeg til dem. Her fik jeg fortalt, at min ordre var registreret og den ville blive afsendt hurtigt.
Da der efter et par dage stadigt ikke var sket noget skrev jeg igen og denne lille leg forsatte et par gange.
Hver gang jeg skrev, var der en ny der svarede og hver gang var min ordre stort set på vej ud af huset.

Efter 17 dage med e-mail korrespondance fik jeg en mail om, at to af de varer jeg havde bestilt ikke var på lager, men at pakken nu var klar til afsendelse. Jeg har nu modtaget pakken og det indhold, der trods alt kom frem er godt. Men den alen lange ventetid, udsolgte produkter og mangelfuld kundeservice, gør at jeg nok kigger mig om efter en anden leverandør.

Order a golf bag on 16th January 2015 which according to the company was in stock. There has been no delivery to date and all efforts to contact the company have failed to get a reponse.

This is a great store with excellent customer service. I will do business with them again!

J'ai commandé sur ce site le 5/2/15, paiement par carte bancaire immédiatement débité mais pas d'expédition.... Les articles annoncés en stock étaient en fait en rupture. Après reclamation, on expédie une commande partielle ... On me promet un remboursement ou un avoir. Mais depuis je ne peux plus les contacter , ils ne répondent pas à mon mail de demande d'avoir. Ce n'est pas correct car au moment de ma commande, la société savait qu'elle ne pourrait pas honorer cette commande et ne devait pas débiter mon compte Je reste prête à accepter un remboursement sous forme d'accessoires de golf ( par exemple gps holder for blade big Max Or golf practice balls or umbrella holder ...)

First example : Order given and at once money withdrawn from my card. No goods, but after many emails is it clear, that the goods are not in stock.
After a long waitingtime I cancelled the order, and got the answer, that a refund would be made now. Nothing happened and after many mails and after threats to make my Bank get the money back, I finally received my payment.
Second example: Ordered a sweater and a belt. Sweater OK, but belt was a wrong colour and no notifications about out of stock on the website. I have never received an answer to my complaint. and more tha 1 month has passed.

A PAYPAL claim was required to get my money back from GOLFSTOREEUROPE, after a long time of delays and trying to communicate with this online store.

They did not inform me the last the SKLZ Gold Flex Swing Trainer - Gold Flex Swing Trainer ID: 32952 was sold or not in stock. I had to email several times to get a reply. They also do not reply on weekends, so had to send extra emails through out the week days.

Then said it would be a few days before it was back in stock, so I wait ages and nothing happened. So more emails to get them to reply ! GSE then said item will take weeks to be in stock and said they would refund and would send to the information to their accounts department. But I was NOT refunded.

Luckily I bought the item with my PAYPAL account. Paypal also tried to contact GOLFSTOREEUROPE, but with no reply emails about the dispute meant I was fully refunded by PAYPAL ! Thank you Paypal. I'm not sure what else I could have done ? In 20 years buying online Ive never had this problem with any other online store. Everyone else keeps you informed with emails, if an item is out of stock they repay straight away, no problems like this ?

any news yet on my item order no 146466 being delived please.

Wir haben ebenfalls die hier bereits publizierten Mails des Liquidators erhalten. Die der Kreditkarte bereits belastete Bestellung wird weder ausgeführt noch zurück erstattet. Auf der Homepage fehlt jeglicher Hinweis bezüglich Liquidation. Das ist eine bewusste Irreführung. Wir werden juristische Schritte prüfen und gegen diese unlauteren Machenschaften vorgehen.

Do not deal with this company. First order of four shirts arrived very promptly. I returned one shirt for a refund - THIS SHIRT DID NOT ARRIVE AT THE WAREHOUSE FOR A REFUND??? I am still claiming this back from the Royal Mail.

I emailed and emailed with NO REPLY.

My second order of a putter did not arrive at all. They took my money, Did not send the putter and avoided ALL EMAILS.

EVERY TIME I TELEPHONED, I GOT THE MESSAGE "WE ARE BUSY DEALING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS"

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Me: "Hello, A part of my order has still not send, could you tell me when will you do it."

They told me that it will arrive in one month and two months later I asked for a refund for this part of my order still had not arrived. They said "OK", in two weeks and then another week and then again 48 hours but I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY and it's been 4 months since I have nothing and no answers. This is a BAD and THIEVES site, IT HAVE STOLEN me $ 300 = 280 euros

Quick, good response to doubts, quality products and realy good service.

The quality and the price is fully ok, but the delivery to central europe (Austria) takes really time ...

Golfstore Europe is bankrupt.

My esperienze was very good,everithing was OK

bought off them a couple of times now and there seemed to be a problem with orders,first time sent wrong items,next time didn't send it at all,had to go phoning looking for order
