I needed new handlebar grips so popped…
I needed new handlebar grips so popped into the Basingstoke store whilst I was out with my dog the very helpful chap Terry helped me with the choice and then kindly fitted them to my handlebars while I waited with my dog thank you very much Terry they are very comfortable and did make a difference

Thank you to Lynda in footwear who didn't mind having to keep finding different walking boots for me and my son to try on, despite the shoe department not appearing to be anywhere near the stock room.

Great store, has everything you need camping wise. And Thanks to Anya, I was able to buy exactly what I needed. She had a good awareness of item use and assisted with a beaming smile. 100% would come back again.

Brilliant customer service from Aaron and Davy. Thank you your advice and your knowledge was outstanding both need a pay rise as it was very hot on the tent section. And they were running around like headless chickens as it was busy.

Really great experience - Paul, from the footwear department, was incredibly patient and helpful in talking my son through the need for well laced shoes for hiking, and teaching him an effective way to tie them. Thank you so much!

Mtb purchase and service

Amber, who helped me select a new set of walking shoes was a delight, very helpful and patient as I couldn't remember the name of my previous walking shoes. We got there in the end without any sign of her getting disengaged or impatient. What is more I saved £20 on the normal discounted price.

Got served by Matthew ask to look at one of the hi gear premium thermec freezer as there wasn't one on show he went off and found it in one of the tents and bought it over to us so we can see how big and what it looks like before buying it he was so helpful and very polite
