I am sorry for the frustration caused by our pricing structure. We understand that the difference between member and non-member pricing can come as an unwelcome surprise, particularly if you were not expecting it, and I appreciate your concerns.

For a small cost our 12-month membership allows you to obtain great prices as well as exclusive offers and special promotions. You can also take advantage of our popular Price Match services and be the first to shop our new product ranges.
