Was advised by Ben when buying new hiking boots. He pointed me in the right direction, was knowledgeable, friendly and patient whilst also multitasking with other customers. Left with what I wanted. Result!

Tom helped me set up my bike. He was very patient and took time explaining everything I needed to know. 10/10 customer service and I look forward to coming back to Bury Go Outdoors for another pleasant shopping experience.

Eve from the bury branch was brilliant, excellent customer service skills, it goes a long way to be served by someone with a smile, In the go outdoors stores I would like too see some kind of leaflets or something educating people on camping and being outdoors, Like leaving no trace and using barbecues responsibly.

Very friendly service
Very friendly service, helped select best hydration pack for my needs, we had issues using our membership card at the tills but our cashier ‘Lee’ assisted us and was patient even though it was close to closing.

Visited bury today to buy a tent for a family holiday, staff really helpful in deciding best option for a tent and Lee was really helpful at checkout explaining the membership. Made for a really positive visit, the store was spotless and a nice environment.

Let me just say David B, what a guy! Me and my fella came in to exchange a tent because we bought a massive tent for a family trip but then our teenage kids decided they didn’t want to come and he could not have made this process easier, he was happy, helpful, cheery and couldn’t do enough for us. I wish that all the staff here were just like him, because he’s 100/10! Thanks so much David B for being amazing!
